It was my son's 12 th bday and he wanted to go there for his birthday dinner with the family.our waitress was great but all our food came out at all different times a pizza then about 10 min later our cheese sticks then 15 min later some of the personal pan pizzas we were told the other one was coming out in a min we waited a half hour they said oh it's coming out now we will be right over with it and waited another 20 min we were all irritated and annoyed but kept our composer til the manager came over at first apologetic then said but actually let me explain to u how things work when u dine in. She started talking down to us belittling us to the point where my son left crying and went to go sit in the car we weren't alone in the dining room other families were there and she was causing a scene I have never been talked to that way ever in my life and to blame us for the whole situation was insanity. I never write bad reviews but I need someone to let that lady know she cannot talk to customers like that even if we were in the wrong which we weren't how is it our fault pizza came out before the appetizers? And that all ther personal pans came out at different times in between other peoples orders and we never even got one of them after being told multiple times it's coming out of the oven now. When the manager was scolding us I said please stop lecturing us and just give us the boxes and the personal pan we have been waiting an hour for so we can leave. That's when she said you guys have been here before so you should know how this works. We were there before about a month ago and guess what? Our order was messed up then As well. Our order ticket got misplaced and our food was never made when we finally asked how much longer she realized our food was never made the manager the same one from tonight apologized and said she was going to go make it herself with all the confusion going on back there she mistakenly made us the wrong pizzas and said sorry once again we could have those ones while she makes the right ones. I didn't write a bad review for that because it was an honest mistake and she wasnt rude our bill that night came to around $115 and that's without the tip we love our pizza hut family get togethers but none of us will ever show face there again. As we were packing up our food we couldn't even eat because we were all upset over the treatment from the manager our waitress came over and apologized to us for the way we were talked to and said she hopes we give them another chance she could see we were all upset and that my son left crying we thanked her and tried to enjoy the rest of my son's birthday. I guess all I'm hoping to get out of this is that someone does something about the horrible management. Please say something so another family doesn't get spoken to like that all we wanted always a fun family...
Read moreTruly the definition of "pizza hut" here. I have ordered from this location twice. The first time was stellar. Terrific pizza (some of the best from a chain in years) and great service. However, true to it's form, it could not deliver consistent results. I've now had a second (larger) order from here which is assuredly my last.
I'm not sure exactly how difficult it is to make 2 stuff crust pizzas to order, but clearly it's similar to rocket science. Today, one of the two pizzas had a hole through the middle of it. Seriously. The middle of the pizza was missing. I can't make this up, and I have absolutely no idea how this happened. Second, both pizzas were missing the crust flavoring, which is the only thing that makes it worth while. Essentially I paid $26 to get two pizzas that I didn't order.
I'm not usually one to make a fuss of things. After all, I spent only a couple hours worth of salary on a few pizzas. But I decided to call to say "hey, you guys screwed up." Well, the gentleman I spoke to listened for only a few moments before saying "hang on." Ok ... I waited ... A few moments and a woman comes on who I explain what happened to. Turns out I can drive 20 minutes back to return the pizza, or get a credit to simply get another pizza for free another day. So you want me to drive 40 minutes to get another pizza that will range from somewhere between 0 and 7 out of 10? For real? I would have been more satisfied if they had just said "sorry, what could we do better next time" and spent two seconds giving a hoot about how bad they screwed up the order. THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE PIZZA! Seriously, how does that happen.
Nonetheless, I'll be sure to inform friends and family in the area looking for pizza to seek out a pie elsewhere. Avicollis and Dominos are nearby, as is Cams. Shoot, Little Caesars is right next door. It breaks my heart, but to Pizza Hut I...

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would.. First, the pizza I ordered cost $30, which I would gladly pay for a quality product, however, this pizza was a total joke. It had barely any toppings and they completely left off one of the 3 toppings I ordered and was CHARGED for. So when I called to let them know I was displeased with my order I got the rudest attitude ever from the MANAGER.. Seriously? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You couldn't pay me to order from this place again. Despite the fact that the local manager was completely disrespectful, when I contacted the Pizza Hut headquarters via the 800 number on the website, the representative that I spoke with was very polite, understanding and accommodating. She assured me that the manager who needed a serious attitude adjustment would get just that and also offered to send me a coupon for a free pizza, which I never requested.
