These guys are Awsome they really care for there customers more then any other pawn shop I’ve done business with. Not only do they greet you when you walk in but they’re the most down to earth owner duo ever and treat everyone with kindness. I brought some nice dewalt power tools and a socket set in to pawn to buy back and they gave me what I asked and understood and were sympathetic I needed it for bills, BUT NOT ONLY DID THEY UNDERSTAND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND- they care about there customers and want them to be able to get there stuff back because they gave me a extra 2 weeks after the due date of the 30 day loan to get it back and hold it for me. It shows there not there to just get rich quick they put there customers first and listen to there story and really make an effort to work with there customers as they know life happens. Most pawn shops take advantage of people bringing in high end items to pawn to pay a bill and immediately sell there items and not work with customers or they just low ball people as they see it’s a easy way to make a profit when someone is hurting for cash. NOT THESE GUYS THO THEY CARE AND WORK WITH YOU AND UNDERSTAND AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL VALUED AND DONT JUDGE YOU AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I absolutely had to. This pawn shop went above and beyond for my family, and I’m forever grateful. My mom was in a tough spot and was about to lose her car—the very thing she relies on every day to get to work, doctor’s appointments, and to care for our family. We were running out of options, and honestly, we didn’t know where else to turn.

From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with respect, empathy, and kindness—not like we were just another transaction. They took the time to listen to our situation and worked with us to get the money we needed without judgment or pressure. They gave us a fair value for the item we brought in.
