Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Salina

I would like to thank all of the workers and the manager at this location. This past Tuesday, me, a friend and her two daughters stopped in for Food and Drinks. Unfortunately, the app was down as well as the credit card readers. We did not have any cash on us to pay for our order, but the manager(so sorry i did not get her name) was very patient and understanding and let us have our orders for free! Having worked in fast food in the past, I know how stressful situations like this can be. We truly appreciate the great service we received and the staff for their professionalism! There was a patron inside(male) who did not have shoes on and had very dirty socks with his feet up on the table. He made us very uncomfortable by rudely interrupting our conversation and staring at her two young daughters. As we we're getting ready to leave he got up and went into the bathroom and came back out barefoot and proceeded to try and Converse with my friend who eventually told him to leave us alone and mind his business I don't want this to negatively affect the review because it has nothing to do with the workers however if this man is a regular, he should be required to wear shoes and keep his feet on the floor. It was very unsanitary on his part to have his feet on the table like that and this could deter people from visiting that location in the future! First time to this location. Was not impressed at all. This was on 2-10-18 at around 8:30pm. Walked in and the floor was just mopped and very wet. No sigh or anything. 2 girls there, one playing rap music very loudly and the other one sitting playing on her phone. Went to the counter there was no donuts or anything on display. Thought they were closing. But to my surprise they were open till 11. Asked if they had more coming out the said no. They are in the to go boxes if you want something. Also ordered a larger 5&5 and a medium 4whole mills and 5 sugers. (Our usuals). Got our coffees after a few minutes. Gave the 5&5 to my husband and checked mine. It was made with cream. Went back up and asked if she put whole milk in it. She said yes. I said. It taste like cream and just wanted to make sure. She said yes I did I made it so I would know. I am lactose intolerant so I can’t have cream. Not wanting to deal with them being rude and rape music playing I left. Even my husband said it was cream. I have gotten the same coffee for over 10 years and love Dunkin’ Donuts. But was definitely not impressed nor happy with this location or service. Will not be returning here again.

Open for almost 40 minutes and almost immediately was rudely answered and told they couldn't make any food as they just got in. There were zero customers other than me and two workers .... They could've made one measly sandwich. I used to work at Dunkin it's not too hard to make one sandwich and it doesn't take long. I know they were setting up for the day but two workers and no other customers and you seriously can't make a sandwich ? It was the only place open so Early. I am pregnant and felt like I was going to pass out ... If you can't make food or drinks then you shouldn't be open .. again especially with two workers... And when I passed around r he drive thru after they told me they couldn't make food both workers were literally just standing there .. like okay??? Soo busy... I literally can't believe the customer service smh .never ever coming back to this location. I didn't get anything so I can't even rate my food experience. So ridiculous. Again I could understand if they were busy or only ha done worker...but to see them just standing after refusing to make food was like a spit to the face. Again ive worked at Dunkin before. It takes two seconds to make a sandwich. I'm so...
