Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I don't drink coffee and I don't eat doughnuts so this review will be based on other factors like the service and the parking lot. Oh, and if you are wondering why I was there it was to purchase doughnuts for someone else. I walked into the building as opposed to joining what looked like the equivalent of a Long Island Expressway type of drive-thru. I don't know who designed the parking lot but those who choose to park (and then want to leave) are faced with a very difficult situation. Once I was able to get to the inside counter I waited and had to say "hello, hello," is anybody here?" One employee did look at me but continued walking by. I finally had an employee approach the counter but they did not seem thrilled to be there. This employee was also speaking very quietly but made sure to loudly slam those register buttons when I ordered that "special" doughnut. I kept saying "what?" but they continued to lack any customer service skills. This place needs to take a look at all areas of the business. From the cars "blocking" people in to the lack of customer service; I would not recommend going here, it's not...

I came into study because I like the coffee from Dunkin Doughnuts, but when I came in I didnt expect this level of professionalism from staff. It seems this staff is well uneducated, and very undertrained than most workers from other establishments. I almost complained to cooperate based on their professionalism. 1st of all I shouldn't have put ear buds into study. They continued to bang objects, yell, and talk loudly and be obnoxious towards each other. 2nd of all I dont mind the staff talking in Spanish, but when you start talking Spanish and being inappropriate towards each other especially in a sexual manner, its sexual harrassment in a corporate location. If you want to be immature and inappropriate towards each other do it off the clock. Not while working where a co worker can go to cooperate for sexual harassment. 3rd I dont think I would come back here due to the professionalism and the manner I was subjected to hearing the staff talk to each other inappropriately in Spanish and involve some sexual mannerism. 4th it was offensive to be...

11/7/24 I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts I just called the manager and I do complain when you get a cappuccino coffee he’s telling you well the foam makes up for the coffee and then it goes down and that’s the way it is so I have to accept it and understand how it’s made🤷🏻‍♀️

I guess it’s better if I go to another Dunkin’ Donuts and check it out or 7-Eleven to get my coffee

The manager was very nice. He explained to me the difference with the coffee. I didn’t ask for a free replacement any he wasn’t going to give me one anyway I just wanna understand how it’s made. That’s all.
