Ilusiones Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

My bf & I went through security & paid $20 each for the cover charge. My bf had a white hat on and none of the 4 security guards told him no hats were allowed. Once we were inside for 30 minutes a security on the dance floor asked him to take it off. If we were made aware of this no hat policy at the entrance we would have probably gone somewhere else ( personal reasons). We asked politely for a refund of the cover charge because we were not asked to remove the hat at the entrance during the security check. The person upfront was not understanding and did not acknowledge the wrongdoing of his security guards nor the person who collected the money and put our bracelets on. I was very disappointed at the unprofessionalism I faced that night. The young hispanic man upfront said "You know how business works? You give me the money and there's no refunds". Such a distasteful experience. Aside from 3 fights breaking out in those 30 minutes we were inside. Just go somewhere...

Pense que era un lugar seguro pense que la seguridad pasando en el parking dentro las camaras y la seguridad de la puerta y el local era para proteger al los consumidores pero el lugar es peligroso pues la seguridad no es para proteger a los consumidores si no al negocio el dueño parece ser tu amigo pero no tiene ética de empresario de dueño de bar fui golpeada por 10 o mas hombres junto a mi hermano y el dueño y su seguridad no sirve asi que es un sitio inseguro para los clientes no todo el que te saluda es tu amigo y con el dueño lo entendí asi que mujeres ustedes pueden gastar lo que sea pero al final no se protege al cliente .Señor Norman espero que usted sea un profesional y comprenda la ley pues llevatela cuando me golpean 10 o mas personas y no salen por la unica salida da mucho que decir yo conozco la ley y espero que prevalezca llevatela Señor dueño del bar donde gastos cientos de dolares sea lo mas que usted podria hacer por nosotros era pensaba que un sitio seguro pero solo cuando entras y gastas después no vales nada esa es la...
