This company was my first security company, they even helped me got my license, which I’m still grateful for. The management for this company makes the company look really bad.

A bunch of hypocrites at Creedmoor, TC will write you up without your consent , Supervisors will brag that they were never a regular guard before , they hired them as a supervisor because their cousin is one of the superior for the company, there’s a supervisor at creedmoor who’s so proud to tell people at the site that he did 15 years in prison.

It’s all about favoritism at creedmoor , Machaï will throw rocks and hide his hands, Presley never expected that he would be a supervisor in his life which makes him a puppet at creedmoor . Guards that never had uniform on, they never said anything, guards that can have a chair but never sent a doctor’s note to HR all they had to do was talked to the higher up from Creedmoor and HERRC. The supervisors at creedmoor will bully you then play victim, I worked there for like a year, it was like hell. I always stay calm no matter what cause I know I’ll never be right.

After 6 months working with arrow , I took 2 weeks off, which was an emergency, Jonathan Vasquez added these days as “call out”. He told me the company only required 7 call outs for the year. For all the guards who took vacations this year does Jonathan added their vacation days as “call out” or is it just me? Jonathan Vasquez is the worst account manager. On Tuesday November 26th , Jonathan Vasquez which was my account manager decided to fire me for “excessive call out” which was an excuse to fire me. Deep down he fired me because he knew my doctor was going to sign the ADA form so I could have a chair. Before that the management at creedmoor was given a hard for the chair even though I gave the tour commander a dr’s note before, but HR requested a updated one , which I kindly sent to my doctor to sign. This would be a good company, if it wasn’t for the fact of the extremely rude and angry dispatcher named Patrick. He loves to bully people and get in everyone’s way. Also their schedule manager Darcy is as dumb as a pile of bricks, always double scheduling people. Sending people to the wrong places, lying about pay. Whatever you do, don't use Arrow security. For two out of the three events I hired them for, the guard was an hour late because he was overbooked on overlapping events. They promised me a credit for those hours and then billed me the full amount. They then never responded to my request for the credit until they started invoicing me 2 years later. Their accountant Crystal has made it clear to me they care far more about money than about the safety and security of their clients....
