The past two times I’ve went: 6/8 8am, order a grande almond milk latte, pay, walk to the end of the counter. Young lady says “the machine needs to be cleaned, do you want something else?” I’m like “I guess I’ll have an iced coffee?” Gives me that, and says “I’ll get you next time”. Just give me a refund and charge me the proper amount. Go in today 6/14 1:30 pm. I order a venti iced coffee, pay, walk to the end of the counter. Guy pulls out a pitcher of iced coffee with maybe four ounces in it, looks at it, looks at me “want me to brew more or just cold brew instead?” I’m like “I guess I’ll have cold brew” he says “want the rest of this(the pitcher) and the rest cold brew?” I’m like “I guess???” It was awful. After I was given a different sandwich that was cheaper (I know because the employee rang it up to see if they need to charge me more). When it turned out to cost less, they refused to refund me the difference. The staff is so kind, they actually pay attention to the drinks they are making for you, and one time an employee even chased me to my car to hand me my free venti coupon that I almost left on the counter! Love it here, will keep coming...
