Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

First when I enter the place. The ladies were in back talking and laughing. Total forgot there was someone waiting for there food. The lady that was waiting didn't say anything. She was nice not to. It was very rude of them. Second, I was waiting to give my order in. They serve me first than the other lady. Her berger was sitting there ready for 5 minutes. The Wendy's employee started my order without finish the other one. I just pointed to the nice lady standing there. Then she took my order and given to me in a good amount of time. There was no one online behind me or the drive thru. I even looked. When I get food, the fries were cold. Really cold. Then I new batch came out and I asked for the new one. She did did that for me. Well I'm not done yet. As I sit inside, started to eat. A woman came in with a dog. Give it to her boyfriend and sat down. I look at them, and the man just type on his iphone. I told the Wendy's employee, she saw shuck her shoulders and walk away. Nothing happen. I ask for the manager, nothing. I want back to my seat and said to the man said no dogs are aloud in places where food is serve. He ignore me and keep typing on his iphone. Then a Wendy's employee heard what I said and he and the girl plus dog left with there food. They were going in cause they had a tray of food. She ask for a bag, and left. Is this how Wendy's work? If you want to eat the food you ordered do not visit this Wendy's. I love Wendys but this has to be the worst Wendys I've come across. I just moved from Selden to Brentwood and the Selden Wendy's was amazing compared to this location. I have visited this Wendys three times since moving to Brentwood and every single time they have completely messed up the order. On my last visit I emphasize my order and repeated it multiple times to the woman taking orders and it was wrong. I have been wanting to try the pretzel burger for a while since Wendys started promoting for it but I have yet to be able to try because every single time I try ordering it by name or number that either give me a chicken sandwich or regular burger. I ordered the spicy nuggets with it and they gave me the regular nuggets, the drive-thru lines move incredibly slow and are always, on two of my visits the fries were cold and Soggy, and the bacon which in my opinion is one of Wendys best ingredients is always hard and you can tell has been sitting out for a very long time I've never had fresh bacon from this location. Late night manager is very rude to all of her customers, always yelling and complaining about things. Me and my friends went late at night, ordered our food, (which some items came put wrong), then proceeded to eat our food in the parking lot since the inside was closed.

We then decided to go to the parking lot of a building across (not wendy’s parking lot) and she told us we had to leave and we couldn’t play ball because there is cars (referring to the cars in the parking lot that we were parked next to that was from employees). So we did the reasonable thing and went to the parking lot across to finish eating our food, chill and play with our soccer ball far away from the Wendy’s.

She then proceeded to yell at us again as we were literally about to leave because my friend was doing his “flash light thing” and “playing with our soccer ball” after she told us we can’t. She really just hating on my bois moves 🙄

Mind you, we moved to the parking lot across, so it is NOT your property. We aren’t near the cars you are worried about. Yet she still decides to call the cops on us to get us to leave.
