Are usually order my fragrance from another online store. However they did not have dolce and Gabbana the one intense Eau De Parfum . This is a new fragrance. I used this site once before. As you know, or if you don’t know fragrance has a half life. My first purchase The fragrance was very muted hence it was expired or near expired. So I mentioned before this was a new fragrance that I recently ordered how could It go wrong?. Well after making the purchase 10 days later I receive an emails stating that they apologize they were unable to fulfill my order due to their bottles are broken Etc. A very generic email basically stating they cannot for fill the order 10 days after the order was placed. 🤔 I wrote an email back stating my disappointment and asked if they can give me some type of incentive to use their site again by Giving me a discount on a new purchase. I would obviously use this for something new so they could not send me a expired or near expired or item. Instead they respond. By saying its first come first serve. Nothing offered to make this right. I see on the frequently asked questions if this site is a scam. Let me answer this by saying Absolutely!!!!! Outside of the order being 'lost in transit' for a week, when it arrived the order was wrong. After sending the details to customer service it took over 3 days for them to send a response for resolution which included image requests of the inaccurate order with return labels I had to print at my own expense.
After I managed the return, I sent documentation of proof of return and asked if my costs and inconvenience would be acknowledged by the company. I was leaving for the holidays and placed the order specifically to smell tropical for the island I was visiting for Christmas. This inquiry was sent and ignored for over 3 days to the agent I was speaking with. After a 3rd follow up request I was sent a reply after another full day with the typical pre-sentimized jargon.
A full 3 weeks later (I literally live a 90 minute flight from the warehouse), I received the corrected order with zero acknowledgement of my experience. No note. Without a holiday best wishes. Zero free samples to be seen.
Lesson of this story = cheap fragrances equates to even cheaper...

I tried to order the same product 2 times using 2 different credit cards but both orders were placed on hold awaiting an authorization code from the credit card company. Both times the information was entered correctly however the order was held because the address did not match exactly. The problem was the address primary comes after the second address entry. 123 Main Street apt 2 was rejected because the address was not entered exactly like apt 2 line 1. 123 Main Street. No where do you EVER enter your address this way. Then your customer service tells your customers to call the credit card company and get the 6 digit authorization code. Because of potential fraud no company will ever give that number out. I called and asked for The authorization number and was no way.
