Siena's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

Unaccomidating and jumping through pointless hoops! I never had an issue in the past until today.I ordered what I typically order, which is suicide wings (which are mild at best) with a request of lemon pepper sauce on the side.  This combination makes the wings hotter which I prefer. Siena made these wings for me in the past with no issue. I contacted Siennas by phone just to ensure that my order would arrive correctly since it was delivery and there site wouldn't allow me to specify that the 1.50 extra sauce fee was for lemon pepper sauce. Sienas told me they couldn't make my order this way because I did an online order, so I asked them to cancel my online order and I would phone in the order.  They then told me I needed to cancel it myself so I got off the phone with them attempted to do so, but the site wouldn't allow me. I then called them back explained the issue and so they finally canceled my online order so it could be changed to a call in order for delivery.  Ultimately at the very end of the order a gentleman got on the phone told me he could make me lemon pepper wings I explained I wanted the suicidal wings with lemon pepper sauce on the side and I was willing to pay 3xs the 1.50 extra sauce fee. He then told me No...ultimately after all the back and forth I was frustrated and upset which led to canceling my whole order with them. My business went to Giovanni's, they accommodated my sauce needs and received a nice tip. Siena, my advice...try harder with customer service or learn to make...

This place is gross. 1/2 a star sounds better..

The Food was terrible and the place is nasty The ceiling tiles all through the Resturant are full of black mold. The ceiling vents are blowing fuzz all over the place. Good knows what's growing in there. Im told the pizza is good. Lol

But i still veered from the path of pizza thinking how bad could it be...so I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce before we even sat down inside and my husband was committed to eating there bc he gets take out lunch there during the week and seems to like the pizza. The salad that came before the "meal" was pretty gross..almost watered down.. How do you screw up salad?? But ok. Didn't finish more then two bites of that. I took a spoon full of spaghetti and put it to my face..the smell was horrid..absolutely horrid. I dareingly stuck my tounge out to taste the sauce, it was putrid.and now that taste is lingering. I instantly brought the food up to the counter and asked the girl to remove this from our bill and i told her the food was terrible...no one apologized for the horrible experience and my husband powered through his meal because his was ok while i just observed.. I wouldn't have wanted anything in place of my meal but no one even offered me something else in its place.

We’re long time customer and although the wait for delivery is sometimes longer the pizza is delicious. Tonight I ordered and was told 1- 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Okay, my choice. They usually get here much sooner. Took about 1 1/4 hour. Delivery guy is always just so nice. Opened pizzas and one of them was wrong. Should be plain but got pepperoni. Kids won’t eat it. Called and was told they’d have another one here in half an hour and take back the pepperoni. Take it back??? To do what with??? Can’t sell it! 40 minutes go by, no pizza. I call and I’m upset, tell them kids are waiting. She says they’re waiting for a driver. I say, you’re kidding me! It’s going to be 2 hours since I placed my order. She very snotily asks, so you want the pizza or not?!? I say yes! The kids are hungry! They did nothing to accommodate us. Not even an apology. How about, I’m very sorry! The driver comes back and he’s apologizing and saying he’ll talk to the manager and he wouldn’t take the wrong pizza back. Smart guy. They lost a long time customer. We order almost every Friday and with tip spend 50 bucks each time. My son in law called to complain and after another horrific experience on the phone they consent to a refund.
