Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

Came in at 11am ,older lady carrying a ton of bread ,said well be with you in an moment I said Okay,she was the oldest person working,(all 25 or younger) Not a Good morning, huh ? I stood there listening to a girl talk about a new hire, as I saw two young men stand behind the machine looking at me , and a three other young girls just standing there, Young lady ,took my oder that was talking about the new hire , all she said was Hi , what would you like, ? Ago, No Good morning?? Strange,she seemed a little annoyed, because cleya different girl was supposed to be taking my order, I ordered A 2 for 18.00 meal and 2 chicken sliders I heard one young man say, we have have to make it fresh. " Well I hope so!" I asked for arby sauce to go Got my drink cups, had to get my own carrier Go to the drinks , Absolutely Disgusting, old very old soda all over the machine, the Root beer was running low, And The DR Pepper, sputtered All over my hands. No wonder after I got home it was completely FLAT and months old. Tatesed like mold , I wanted to get more Arby sauce seeing ,I only got four packs so I went to use the pump yourself and it was Empty, the tubing was disgusting you could see the dirty old spots of condensation in all the pumps,ewww As I went back to stand to wait for the food I ordered, I can see the front of the mini fridge completely swiped of old food and splashes of whatever they tried to wipe up With the sun shining on it I seen The Glass wall that the Cutter sits behind,in the sun You can see All the old bits of meat stuck all over the bottom of the glass clearly months old As I stood there ,there were again 8 people working And for what. No customers So they should be actually washing and drying all the equipment, the display of baked pastries that were on a shelf to sit under heat lights With dust on the metal shelf's is gross. You can see the dust piled up in the corners Why. Are there employees just standing around at a location that is only busy at full lunch and maybe 4-6 I live down the street 30 yrs now and I have literally seen this location, barely have busy times This is no reason to see filth on machines or shelves And to top it off I get home and open my roast beef to burnt rolls, come on ! We went in for lunch with my service dog. They asked me if my dog was a service dog. I said yes but it was 85° and I was trying to get her to cool down so I said I can get her vest but I just wanted her to cool down. He said ok and took our order. We got it, sat down and began eating. We were halfway through our meal when a man claiming to be the regional manager aggressively approached and told me I had to remove my dog. He demanded her papers, got aggressive with my friends too and menacing, and tried to talk to and pet my service dog and after being told to stop continued to talk to my service dog, demand papers and even suggested I put her in the car and continue eating! ADA rules broken- no service dog has papers, there is no National database, and you do NOT talk to or try to pet a working service animal! We left and this man called the police.... as did I. This was the Arby's on Niagara Falls Bld in Amherst...

I went in to get stuff to take out. The kid at the register can't hear you order because they have a 3 inch thick plexiglass partition with no hole or anything to speak. Anyway we got past that and ordered. And I got my order home and I ordered to classic sandwich and the chicken strips meal. That sounds easy enough?? So I pull out my fingers and sauce and go to grab for fries and nowhere to be found and then it hits in the face that hadn't carried a drink in!!!
