Subway — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

My order was wrong because the woman taking it didn't listen to anything I said. It was supposed to be two 6 inch subs, made them foot longs. 1 buff chicken 1 BMT neither toasted. Every subway but this one always said "so microwave the chicken, want cheese melted?" after i tell them not yo toast or something similar. They get that i don't wsnt subs toasted. Even if they looked at me weird they ask because they have to nuke the chicken. She just threw the stuff on the sub and was about to toast both subs after asking "Which one toasted?" and I specifically said "neither toasted" then asked again what the second sub was. I said again BMT. At least the veggies were right. Toasted the chicken for 5 seconds. Don't know if that was long enough for the chicken. Then rings me up and tells me 1 buff and 1 spicy Italian. This location of subway was the worst experience and customer service I have ever received with any restaurant business. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered an Italian BMT salad last night through doordash and when it arrived it was essentially a bowl of spinach. It was not chopped up, there was no lettuce, it was missing onions, and barely any meat. I did not even eat the salad because I found it so pathetic. I called the store this morning and tried speaking with the woman on the phone, explaining my concerns with the order. She relentlessly spoke over me. I placed an order on their mobile app only to show up and it had been voided. I walked in and they were completely unaware that I had even made an online order so I showed them the order only to notice it had just been voided and she said to order again. So I did and the ticket got printed and she put it to the side and started helping the next person??????
