This is our favorite Korean or Burmese restaurant, by far. Prices are low, but the food is the best(and we've tried all the Korean/Burmese/Thai places in WNY). There are vegetarian options for most entrees. It's a family business, with mom in the kitchen, while dad and the college kids do the serving. Mom usually comes out to say hello and see how we liked it. The food is selected and prepared with much love. The family is from the Chin language/culture of Burma, but spent 10 years working in a restaurant in Korea before settling in Buffalo. We keep coming back again and again and again. Sorry I've been slow to post my review. It hasn't been discovered yet, and I've kept it as my personal secret getaway, and to impress special friends. Here are our most recent entrees (The veggie tempura appetizer was so yum I forgot to take a picture):

Excellent spot for Korean food. Family run with friendly service and incredible value for the wonderful food. Parking out front or on a side street and you can pay by card. I ordered the kimchi pancake and black bean noodles, both of which were made fresh and tasted savory and delicious. Noodles had perfect bite and black bean sauce was not overwhelming. Pancake was huge for one person and again, fresh, fluffy, crunchy. Highly recommend the Burmese tea, which has a wonderful comforting flavor and is free (!!!) Barbeque items are also delicious. A friend ordered the bulgogi. Charred just right. The side dishes (banchan) tasted good too. All the food in my photo ended up at $24 with tax and tip. This place is an absolute gem!

A quiet little Korean corner with a very nice dining atmosphere and friendly service. It’s one of my local favorites, especially for their traditional Sundubu dish. The tofu is cooked with a firm texture but is very soft when you bite into it. It also cooks in the spicy and your choice of meat broth, adding a jolt of flavor to it. Paired with a bowl of rice, this dish tastes delicious! If it gets too spicy, the 5 side pallets helps cools it down and gives you a whole other different flavor. Bonus: Despite all this, the food all came out very quickly and everything is priced at a very fair price! Overall the food, the service and the dining atmosphere is always something I personally look forward to when coming here.

Went to buy 3 lunch boxes that totaled up to $27 on their website. Got there, told me it was actually FORTY and that the website was outdated. Okay, wow, crazy price jump. Maybe update your website?

Handed them a $100 bill which I got from the BANK, they were skeptical and doodled all over it with a trash ass pen and somehow came to the conclusion that it was a counterfeit and that they couldn't accept it. Embarrassed me in front of the whole store for nothing.

I would've bet my life that my money is real. I took the $100 bill back to Key Bank, where I got it from in the first place, because I KNEW it was NOT fake. And guess what?? They ran it through their machine and informed me that IT WAS NOT FAKE! THEY EVEN LET ME DEPOSIT IT BACK INTO MY ACOUNT!

Chin Hill told me my $100 bill was a counterfeit, had I not went back to the bank I would've tossed away a perfectly good $100 bill.

I've been here many times in the past attempting to support a local business, but this is the final straw. Avoid this place, food is disappointing and the noodles are garbage. Place is cramped and tiny, gets hotter than hell and sweaty in the summer, all they have to compensate for it is a small fan that does nothing but blow hot air back to you. Rice is soggy as hell, I'd rather eat a bucket of crap with a biscuit than ever go back to this pathetic place. Flies would land in our condiments, to which we ignored because still wanted be nice. To treat a returning customer who's done nothing but shown respect to the establishment like this is insanity, avoid this place...

Our family is en route to Toronto to visit terminally ill grandma. After stuck in Buffalo and waiting our covid testing results for two days, we called the lab only to confirm they couldn’t run tests but never bothered to call. We spend a good part of the day running across the town and dragging kids with us to get another tests done. All these are to say, everyone was tired, worried and a bit grumpy when we walked in this restaurant. But oh my, aren’t we happy we found this place! Kimchi pancake is so fluffy and flavorful we ordered two. F3 the kimchi rice cake stir fry was the best I ever had. My husband ordered chicken curry. The flavor is bold yet still well balanced. Kids ordered stir fried rice and beef ramen soup. Both dishes use simple ingredients to create rich flavors that are just right in every way. When we walked out, we are a happy bunch ready to make the most out of Buffalo under the unfortunate circumstances. Thank you, chef. You...
