1st and foremost I would like to say that is just something I didn't think I had to do to one of my favorite places. For starters, the delivery driver literally held my food behind his back on arrival while demanding a tip before I had even signed the receipt. Would not release my $40 order to me until he received said tip or was leaving with my food which I find VERY RUDE and truly not right. On top of that, I had requested a contactless order to which the driver had forced me to come outside and hand receive my food from him when it was clearly stated that I would have like to keep it on the porch. My order was also wrong and was portioned out for less than a normal sized dinner plate for a $17 meal with the ribs burnt and more bone than meat on every bit. My wife's order was also burnt and under portioned while her meal was $18. I truly would recommend Empire in Endwell over this place because the service provided is excellent and every order I have had from there was made with care and I just can't believe what this place has turned into...
Read moreVery fresh and delicious food! Clean inside and servings are plentiful! I noticed many take-outs that passers-by ordered. Packaged nicely. All of the servers were very kind, courteous and nearby for any request one had.
Only suggedtion: place all families with kids way in the Back someplace. Loud and disturbs others by their yelling and screaming. Lucky for me, the father suggested his rather large size family Not to sit where all of us single people sat, but be placed in a nice table 'further back'. I was very happy. There were at least 3 loud small children 'screeching' the entire time. I was only 1/4 done eating. WoW....parents are 'used' to all this loud holllering from small children. Many of us 'Are Not' used to loud Noises when dining. Please tone the kids down in public at least! Manners are So Important when...
Read moreI've lived in Pa. and Syracuse, Buffalo, Rochester before here. Traveled a good portion of the East Coast and had Chinese at some point most everywhere. This was my first and last time here after trying the worst I've ever had. Wonton soup usually has a chicken broth base. Don't even know how to begin to describe their flavor. Szechuan Beef that didn't have much flavor at all, and none of the ketchup based sweetness and none of heat, just wet. This flavorless wet also soaked the rice because that was also very very wet and bland. Got an eggroll also which was almost cloyingly sweet. Way beyond the sweet of cabbage. Dumped the soup broth in the sink and dumplings in the garbage. Could only make it halfway through everything else and all that...
