I went to the endwell ny burger King that's on main St and I normally never have a problem there. I have been going there for years. The workers have always been nice. But all it takes is one employee to ruin a company's reputation. The workers name was Ashley. She has different colored hair with purple in it. Our ordered came to 103 at the drive thru. I normally don't order that much and when I've had to I go through the line twice so not to cause the line to be long. Ashley told Me over the intercom when I was done to next time come inside when the order is over a 100. I apologized and when I got to the window. I heard her thru the gap in the drive thru window talking bad about all the drinks and amount of frie, etc. I was going to apologize again when she went to take my payment but I over heard h er say that she doesn't want to hear an apology from me. When she gave me the drinks she forced them at me and I almost dumped both the trays of drinks. I was going to suggest I pay then walk into get the food but after she forced the drinks at me, I knew then I was not going to say sorry again or say thank you. And we will never return to this restaurant again. I needed to make sure someone heard this before I got home. No one deserves that type of rudeness. If I had treated her rudely I could say I deserve it back but not this time. And the order was only over by $4 if you think about it. She told me it was way over the $100 limit. Read more3 1/2 stars...Hmm..what to say. What to say. My beef (pardon the pun) has to do with consistency and (as car buffs say, "fit and finish"). On the plus side you will find courteous and responsive staff. However ....on one visit your meal is how your eyes visualized it, and your taste buds are happy. The next? Not so much - and you are left longing for more (mainly because your sandwich isn't as portion happy with the condiments you crave - the very reason why you went there in the first place). Quality also "takes a roller coaster ride". Now - to be fair - this may all be a sign of the times, as low staffing and CoVid takes its toll everywhere. You don't always receive "as seen on TV" portions. On the plus side - staff are responsive to fix anything brought to their attention. Finally - there has been a beeping sound in the service area for weeks (smoke alarm)? In any event, annoying for regular diners. Final observation... The bathrooms are nice and usually kept in good order. However - the soap dispenser in the men's room is over the grab bar, rendering the grab bar useless and dangerous for those who need it the most. The floor is also slick (not wet); whatever is being used on the floor is the cause. By the way - I was a Burger King manager "back in the day" at this location and in other area BK restaurants. The only complaint I have is sometimes the managers are very rude. I came through the drive through and had 2 or 3 different orders . I know how that's sounds the orders didn't have modifications they came as they are supposed to. I just had 2 coupons and the first one went through no issues the second one the manager gave me the nasty attitude and she she couldn't accept it cuz it was on my phone and wasn't paper . I showed her that the code was visible . And I asked her then why was the previous coupon accepted it's same exact type and she gave no explanation 6gjust acted as if she didn't hear me .
