Just the best car place. The free check engine light diagnostic, the free battery test. The warranty on the battery/ parts. Staff is always chill cool car dudes. The place is endicott the staff is beyond helpful. One time, I went in, got a diag, dude didn't know the code. It bothered him lol and he looked it up, searched the part/ thing adjacent to the part the code was referring to. Then, based on my '19 Tucson he said alotta people been having this with that year and year prior... told me what to do. I did it. And boom! The dude saved my arse 1800 cuz it was a hidden scheme through hyundai warranties. I've used autozone in Phx, AZ, pitts, PA and endicott NY and I've been never disappointed, let down, upset. 6/5 stars. Now sometimes I've gone and their beat exhausted but they deal with idiots/it's tough changing batteries and tires and slaving in the hot sun all day. I can't imagine the new kid who has to be outside all day wrestling with rusty/stripped screws in weird odd angles gets paid very well. So just relate, and they open right up. Paid for a LIFETIME warranty, I was refused a replacement and was criticized and was falsely accused of "not knowing beacuse I am a woman" 🙄 by employee KEN. G (assistant store manager) then was told he wouldn't help me at all beacuse he felt part of it was missing?? OBVIOUSLY not sense it was brand new!! AFTER being KEN. Needed to have a headlight fixed on Ford F 150. I'm not very knowledgeable at all about cars. John was super nice and tried to get my old head light out for a long time. He even tried to enlist a managers help. They couldn't do it. They didn't have the part in stock but set me up with the shop in Binghamton that did. John was really nice and tried his best.

Side note...My girlfriend And her dad were able to swap out the headlight at home in about 10 minutes. Not sure what the issue was that a manager could not have steered him in the right direction but I know nothing about cars so I will shut up and leave the review with John is awesome and had an...
