Read moreIf i could give 0 stars I would. This happened at 4pm on a Saturday. I went out to a dinner here and was greeted by a rude woman who sat my family and i her attitude gave off a feeling like she didnt want to be there. The napikns on the silverwear were all soiled with what i can only hope was dried tomato sauce and when asked for new sets the waitress "kept forgetting". There were maybe 5 families in total and 2 of them were on the other side of the restaurant, so more than likely not in her section and 1 of them was actively and attentivly being waited on by another waitress. I ordered a chiken gyro, asked for no tomatoes and no feta & I received my food with feta. I sent it back and when It came back out they literally just scraped the feta off. I Sent it back again and specifically asked for a new one to be made without feta. It came back out 15 minutes later and it was the same exact plate with feta still stuck inside the lettuce leaves. The waitress was rude and did not provide good service. She did quite literally the bare minimum. This also isn't the first time i had her as a waitress. When I got her the previous time it was a bit busier so I gave her a pass for her attitude. Getting her this second time when the restaurant was quite literally dead and she had the same exact poor attitude is disgraceful. Do not eat here if you wish to have a pleasant family meal. You will be disappointed. FYI comping a meal because you messed up 3 separate times is not good customer service it's just the right...
Read moreThe food was really great. I highly recommend the roast chicken dinner. The service issue was two teenage girls (at least they acted like teenage girls) trying to turn the rest of the staff against the other, both whining to everyone but each other about whose tables were whose, while an elderly couple right next to us waited over 20 minutes for someone to even come to their table. Why do I have to know all this? I certainly did not want to, but itvwas in our faces and within earshot. About the older cpuple, our server had told then, when they complained that no one had been to their table yet, that, "you're the other girl's table and I can't help you." Eventually, 20 min after they sat down, she did finally wait on them. If I were them, I would have asked to see the manager. When she first sat us down, a four dollar tip was on our table. I asked who I assume was an owner or manager to take it and he refused saying it was one of his girls'. When our server did not take it either, I asked her to take the money, she said, "that's not mine, it's the other girl's," and started to walk away. I asked her to please take it from our table and give it to her, she took the money. Other than the man seating us at a table with a tip still sitting there (why not just give it to your employee and let us have a clean table?) and other than two young girls needing either training or firing, the food was great and I would go back again if I knew the...
