The experience was ok. I was looking for more of a relaxed environment to actually sit down and enjoy a coffee somewhere. Unlike their Chenango Street location, this Batch mustn’t have coffee mugs to enjoy in-house. I said I would be having coffee to sit-in multiple times but it was in a to-go cup. I like their maple coffee but anytime I order a differently flavored item it tends to taste very sweet, the lavender for instance. I think I’d enjoy cappuccinos here but it wasn’t a warm environment like on Chenango, it was cold and I felt like I should just have taken it to go. It’s good to see a local coffee shop on this end, just wish it had a more home-y vibe. Guess I’ll stick to their drive-thru and only sit at their other location. I also wish they had a little snack or nosh, sometimes it’s nice to have a little something with your coffee. They just had a couple cake pops and 1 pre-packaged brownie.

Just by looking at this, how can someone think it’s ok to serve this to humans? I wouldn’t disrespect a homeless person with this sandwich. Drinks are awesome and they should stick to that. The food (gave it 4 tries) is absolutely horrible! The bagels are horrible, the bacon has a nasty smell, everything is burned every time. Doesn’t look like Batch is ready to be serving quality food to the local community. Really wanted to support local small businesses but back to Starbucks we go…

I've been here quite a few times. The staff are very friendly. The bagel and egg sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. The best in the area for sure. My last Matcha latte with almond milk was so bland. No Matcha flavor. It wasn't even close to green in color. There is very limited parking out front. I've seen employees take some of those spots 3 different times. Maybe it's just me but the prices seem a tad high. Two people with drinks and a bagel sandwich. It was $30

I’m not really sure how to start this review. My girlfriend and I went to this batch location on a delightful Sunday afternoon. We were looking to get some coffees and light sandwiches. First of all the drinks were fantastic, we ordered 2 coffees and a smoothie and they were great. The lady at the counter was extremely nice as well. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a BLT and a grilled cheese on a gluten free roll, American classics.

This is where the issue arises as normally a grilled cheese has two ingredients cheese, and bread. Strangely our grilled cheese had a third ingredient, the waxy paper that comes between slices of cheese. Meaning someone neglected to remove the packaging before poorly attempting to melt the cheese onto the bread. It’s hard to believe that someone managed to goof up and sandwich with one thing on it.

P.s. The coffee cups batch uses are terrible/ the lids are never properly secured and I have spilled countless cups of Joe on...

I visited the new Batch on East Main St a few times during their soft opening last week. It so bright & pretty inside with some neat seating areas and lots of natural light and green plants. The 3-cheese egg bites were very good. There are two varieties to pick from. Bonus: Easy to eat while driving as they can easily be a "finger food" without making a mess. Bonus: The drive-thru was quick and efficient. Everyone is super friendly and pleasant. My oat milk latte was delicious. I'll be back for more. Good Luck on your Grand Opening!!! A great location. Look for the cup in the...
