Me and my co-workers place a mobile order 1 of us went to pick up the order. Upon arriving back with our orders it was incomplete and incorrect, same co-worker goes back w the recipe that they gave her 10 min earlier blurry w almost no inc on it and the lady wanna give her a hard time to give her the corrected items however upon return to give us our order they still gave her the incorrect order and there was still missing items at this point we called and all we was offered was to come by for a 3rd time to obtain the missing items and drinks . To wich they actually gave us the wrong sandwich n drink again at this point we all gave up and we will Defendly not be ordering from here again . We all humans n make mistakes but to have a customer return 3 times and still not get what was paid for is kind unbelievable. Read moreThe food is typically the same everywhere, but the lady at the drive-thru didn't speak English enough for me to ask if there was chicken in the Apple pecan salad. They changed the sign so it doesn't say it comes with chicken anymore so I wanted to make sure it still had chicken ( otherwise I would have to add it.) Then she had to get the manager to come on to answer a simple question of "does the salad have chicken on it?" because originally she was asking if I wanted to remove the chicken and I tried three or four times to ask her. Read moreSo one day I went through the drive-thru & I forgot to grab my large frosty after receiving the rest of my order & drove away without it. I went back to the restaurant about 4 hours later & instead of going through the drive-thru, I decided to walk inside to order another large frosty. As I was doing so, the woman working said that she remembered me & was sorry that she forgot to give me my frosty. She then told the worker who was at the counter taking my order that the large frosty I was ordering was 'on the house' & she gave me a replacement for the one I forgot earlier that day as well.
