Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Victor

I went through the drive thru and realized that my coffee was incorrect when she handed me my receipt. I asked for it to be fixed. It came out wrong a second time.

I decided to pull around to the door and go inside to have my coffee remade a third time. I stood at the counter for several minutes and waited to be acknowledged. The kid that was making food called over to his manager (that had already walked past me twice) to let him know that I needed help.

The manager came over, seemed annoyed, talked to me for a moment and then remade my coffee, very slowly. He never apologized or did any of the things that a person should do when an order is wrong.

I should have tasted my drink before leaving but I figured that a manager would be able to make it with no issues. Nope. It was STILL WRONG. Three tries, a manager and 24 minutes later (seriously... 24 minutes!) and I had a coffee that I paid more than $6 for that I couldn't drink.

Don't waste your time or your money at this location. The training is inadequate and the staff doesn't give a single you know what about doing their jobs correctly. Corporate Dunkin needs to step in and take over until the franchise owner can figure out his staffing issues.

I stop by here regularly. I usually prefer Tim Hortons, but In Victor, this DD is worlds better than the Tim Hortons down the street. That said, last visit was horrible. The drive thru didn't even crawl, we just... Waited. Once we got up front, we realized they never gave us the munchkins, which they corrected. Then we pulled off and realized the bag only had 1 of 2 bagels, the bagel in there was made wrong and the drink was the wrong flavor. This is easily a 5 star DD, but last visit was horrible. I'm assuming it could have been a lot of new people...

EDIT: I’m not sure what changed in the past 5 months but great job on the improvement! The drivethru is quicker, employees are really sweet, and the coffee is always perfect!

Old review: Dunkin Donuts is fantastic. HOWEVER. This location is the most disorganized and slowest I’ve ever seen. I’m only 10 minutes from my work and I have to leave 30+ minutes early to ensure I’m not late if I want Dunkin. The drivethru is atrocious, you can be sitting in the same spot for 15+ minutes.
