Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Victor

My family and I use to love Salvatore’s. They have been going downhill for a few years now.. Tonight’s order is the last order I will ever make at Victor location Salvatore’s or at this point any of them. Their prices are extremely high yet you get less than your money worth. I spent over 30 dollars on 2 steak subs . I should say I bought 2 pounds of cheese , 2 , large sub rolls, with a small side of steak. That what you get and it doesn’t matter what you order. Get toppings for 3 bucks each you get .25 worth. 16 dollars for steak sub. You get barely enough steak to fill 1 side of a large sub but they use it for the whole thing. You call to complain and they tell you it’s pre weighed.. Well could it be possible you need to up the weight because you are ripping people off , or perhaps one of the young kids working there didn’t know how to read the scale ?? Either way your customer service is absolutely terrible and your food is mediocre at best and that’s even if I got my money worth which I obviously have not. Save your money!! Go to J&Ls or basically anywhere but Salvatore’s specifically the Victor NY location . HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!! I couldn’t be more pleased w the Salvatore’s on Main Street in Victor, NY! On a Sunday evening in October 2018 (football season), I was positive they were swamped w orders. But, we all wanted pizza and bbq boneless chicken wings and we didn’t want to go out. They said 45 min to an hour. We were sure it would be an hour before we saw our food. Nope! We just had the fastest delivery (1/2 an hour!) of the best bite of pizza I’ve ever had!!! I’m almost 60 and consider myself a bit of a connesuir. This pizza was so good! Nice thick, soft, doughy-but-crispy crust, delicious and good amount of sauce, and the perfect amount of good quality mozzarella cheese all evenly placed and cut into squares with the remaining small triangles that are my favorite pieces. Salvatore's in Honeoye Falls has inconsistent food quality and terrible service. We called for Pizza on Halloween night, got put on hold for five minues and then the line disconnected. So we called back and was put on hold again for five minutes and again the line disconnected. So we called back a third time, told the young, brainless girl who answered for the third time that we did not want to be put on hold again because we waited forever and kept getting disconnected, and she said "Duh, it Halloween, the busiest night of the year for us, so you are just going to have to hold again." Needless to say, we did not hold but instead hung up and called Guida's Pizzeria. They picked up on the second ring, took our order immediately and told us it would be ready in 20 minutes.
