Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Victor

I have been waiting to write this review to give some time for Tropical Smoothie to correct this issue that happened. The issue was not corrected. I ordered lunch and smoothies for me and my co-worker for pick up. I walk in 10 mins after the order was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. There was literally at least 12 other people if not more, waiting for their orders. No one was talking. The workers did not inform anyone of what was going on. So I leave and run to TJ max to kill some time. It is now 30 mins past my lunch break. I walk into Tropical Smoothie cafe and my food is still not ready. The person behind the counter said she had no idea when it would be ready and that I could not cancel my order. I went back to work without lunch for me and my co-worker. I am also out of $30. Tropical smoothie sent me a $6 coupon..... which I do not plan on using. How do you not refund a customer when you didnt even have food ready 40 mins after it was supposed to be ready, and then not tell me when it might be ready. Terrible service. This was my second time at this location and had a bad experience. The first time my side was requested but replaced with chips without any...

First and last visit! Normally try to give good reviews instead of always seeing the bad. But today after donating plasma I decided to stop and give it a try... I was completely appalled. First O kindly asked what's good and was told the descriptions ate on the wall and only you know what tou like.. then when I picked I was told smoothie was $8.05 ...with tax ridiculously high priced for a medium size To go cup... I proceeded to pay and the machine forced you to pay an addition $1.21 in tip... I asked why and was told if i want my drink I would have to pay it because the machine is stuck and I would have to contact corporate.. I paid it and then watched her make it the blenders weren't corroborating and was frustrating the worker and then watched her waste half the smoothie in the sink... what a business fail..... Then as good as it tasted my throat started burning on my drive home as all I could taste was large amounts of Ginger... Save your wallets is what i say and make your own and don't feed this corporations and their fails... I will never step In...

While waiting for my online order I've seen a lot of errors that need to be fixed for the cleanliness and safety of customers. I'm not sure what the mask requirements are for this Cafe but there were employees without masks and one who had a mask; but wore it on her chin... I dont see what the point of having it on is? Next the same girl who had the mask on her chin, was taking Bananas out from the peel with her bare hands and breaking them apart throwing them into the bin.. no gloves didn't wash her hands prior.. Also they were not making the smoothies right they were skipping over steps making the smoothies extremely watery. Lastly I saw an employee making an Island green smoothie and she opened the fridge noticed there was no pineapples so she decided to just not put them in there and continue making the smoothie instead of going to the back to go get more. I'm shocked with how lazy and unsanitary this staff was. Management...
