Just wanted to take my husband out for food and drinks and dessert for his bday and was waiting behind the hostess desk for 20 minutes, it wasnāt until I addressed one of the three servers that was seated at a dining table in sight for all walking in customers to see them rolling silverware in their uniforms with a deer in the headlights stare, I asked can you probably send a manger or someone over to seat us. there were a few groups in front of us who patiently waiting who know how much longer than us. 3 table were shaking their legs impatiently waiting for their checks. the manger wearing an outfit looking like he just rolled out of bed approached the table with the check. meanwhile the girls were still rolling away. I understand they maybe at a $4 an hour wage and donāt want to help ok I get it but get to the kitchen and roll out of our sight. Once we got to our table we knew what we wanted to order, 15 impatient minutes later we didnāt get not even a smile or glance our way. Worst customer service Iāve ever experienced in my lifetime. Waste of my husbands bday time. Kinda pissed I canāt get that time back. Never going to this location. The manager was so slow moving seemed like he gave his 2 weeks without saying a word just by actions. If this is any indication of the future Iām worried for this business. The waiters have always been less than enthusiastic and generally have a bad attitude. However I never thought about writing a bad review about this place until last night. I had ordered the buffalo chicken tenders when I noticed they tasted very rubbery. Two other people in my party who ordered the same thing noticed a similar texture in their meal. Fast forward to a half hour later when I have to pull over the side of road on my way home to puke my guts out. There was no mistake it was the chicken. I called the restaurant and explained to the manager that he was getting people sick. His response was that they recently changed the breading on the chicken and that may have been the reason. When I told him I eat this meal at other places all the time with no problem he next told me that it may have been something I drank. When I told him that I only had water he claimed that the chicken comes in fresh 3 times a week. All in all he was not willing to acknowledge that possibly his cooks were being careless. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a trainee named Sylvia who at first seemed very bubbly & nice. She took our drink order & brought it back promptly to take our meal order. Thatās the last time we saw her. It took over 45 min to receive our meals & thatās after we flagged down a second waitress to check on our food for us. I had ordered soup that hadnāt even come out yet. So the waitress brought my soup over and a 3rd waitress brought our food out. My mom had ordered a burger medium well but it came out medium rare. We tried to flag Sylvia down twice first she ignored us completely and the second time she heard us, said ājust a secondā then proceeded to sit a new table, go into the kitchen and never return. We finished our meal (except my mom who didnāt want her burger) and then flagged down that third waitress who kindly apologized for the mistake and returned with our check as we were in a hurry. I then physically approached Sylvia and asked her to take our credit card at the front since we were running late at this point for a later event. She never apologized or even looked me in the eye. Poor experience and hoping the restaurant learns from this trainee that maybe they need additional supervision before being left...
