So my boss decided to get the team a delicious Popeyes meal for an early New Year’s party right and everything was going great till he decided to go to the drive thru and place the order. He asked several times if he could get white meat that he would pay extra for it. He didn’t care about how much it would cost he just wanted white meat. Looks like who ever was listening and taking the order down wasn’t understanding and didn’t speak a lot of English just mostly Spanish…. When someone else that did speak fully English helped him out they said he would have to wait for the chicken because it was being made nice and hot. So if he wanted it fresh to wait at least 20 minutes. Ok fine. We waited…. A few people came to order chicken the same one we wanted and guess what ? They got the chicken and left and when we asked if it was ready they said we needed to wait 20 more minutes because the customers in front of us took all the chicken…… Then later on a few doordashes came to pick up orders…Everyone was getting helped and 20 more minutes past and when we ask for our order again they just told us that they completely forgot! Like are you serious? No professionalism, no apologetic, no cooperation, no respect, no hospitality. No manners. No consideration. Just excuses and no action being taken for more than an hour… After an hour and change I got my food…The girl threw some extra fries in a box and said that’s for the wait …Did it fast and in a hurry and I still didn’t get my white meat…. Am very disappointed with Popeyes… Love the food but the customer service experience not so much. I definitely think the manager should have a talk with the team about first customer gets served that it is only fair. And to make sure whoever takes food orders understands 100% English because communication and understanding the customers orders is very important. Also if mistakes are made and customers end up having a longer period time of waiting to at least apologise and be professional about the situation and have better customer service and manners. The issue wasn’t fix or addressed. Even after they said to just wait and the issue would get taken care of it never did and they completely forgot about my order. I usually don’t write reviews but hopefully this one can make a difference so changes can be made for the better and every customer that goes to Popeyes leaves happy and satisfied and that way you guys will have loyal customers that always return and don’t feel like they don’t matter or what they have to say won’t be taking into consideration. There is always a right way on doing things and giving the best customer service experience you can get but this wasn’t it. It looked like no one wanted to be there or worked there. Very sad and just horrible experience. No pride in their job...

The lady at the drive thru had no idea what we were saying and after 5 mins of making us wait called us to the window, then started taking order from the people behind us and made us wait another like 5min at the window. So we just ordered online for pickup. Waited 20min, went in and they started making the order after I told them my name. I complained to the manager, forget about an apology she didnt even come back to say anything to me after I complained. Then got my food another 20/25min later. Went to the car and the order was missing an entire chicken wings box. We ordered 2. When I went in and told em, and told the manager, again no apology, she just left. The lady got the order ready and when I asked for the sauce she said it’s in the bag and infact it wasnt.
No apologies from any staff or the manager, no compensation nothing.
On top of that, gave me a sauce that went bad, no way to know beforehand maybe but this isnt acceptable either. You can see the bubbles. I had another one and this one definitely taste funky.

Read moreIf I were just reviewing the chicken, I'd give it five stars, but because the service went to hell in the past month or two I only give it two. They never have anything you want or you need to wait about 20 mins for it. Tonight their one and only soda machine is out of service. How do you eat dinner with no drink? They use to have friendly accomodating people working the counter, but the people there now you can tell clearly don't want to be there. On top of all the sighs and frowns, they have complete incompetence when it comes to completing an order correctly. I had to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken to be made. I ordered a 11 piece, and a half hour later when I got home, I realized I only got 9. I guess counting to 11 is some sort of special skill you need to have nowadays since the people that work there clearly have difficulty completing that simple task. It's a sad thing when minimum wage gets raised to $15 and these people can't even count that high. I would pay them $9 since they can't count any higher and wouldn't be able to tell...
