Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Wallkill

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in food service. All three employees that were working there were dragging their feet, dressed unprofessionally, and rolling their eyes at customers. They didn’t have any sauce, any salads, any soda, any toys for happy meals - without apology. Obviously the expectations for a mall fast food place aren’t very high, but the staff here took it to a new level of low. Their attitudes were horrible, they messed up several food orders including ours, my kids waited 25 minutes for two 4 piece nugget meals with water. They were playing loud music, ignoring customers, etc. overall it was just a mess. When someone asked to speak to a manager, they were told that 2 of the employees there were both managers, neither of which cared what the person had to say. They stared blankly without response and then continued to sloth about with no regard for what the customer said. No work ethic, no people skills. It’s a shame for the mall. I ordered via the app and had the biggie meal with the salted caramel frosty. Was told they didn't have any despite no 'Not available 'i was told that I would have known if I saw the sign. Look at my pic to see the sign and you won't see anything about caramel frosties. I asked for a lemonade a was told it wasn't comparable and they were too busy to make one anyway. I got a coke. The coke also happens to not be comparable with being 50 cents cheaper. I don't care too much about the 50 cents but I do care about how corporations keep nickel and diming customers. 1 incident like this costs me 0.50. Ten is $5 and one hundred is $50 and so on. The staff was alright. Could have been better but could have been worse too. Food is meh. Wendys fries aren't good but that isn't just a problem here. I ordered without onions but that may have been some mistake I made on the app.

While ordering at the kiosk, i asked the cashier about extra sauce. She mumbled that you had to do it with her then walked away. She did not return to allow me extra sauce purchase. When we got our food, we again asked about extra sauce and another employee said read the sign and walked away. Absolutely disgusting customer service. As we opened our bag to eat, i noticed that my double stack biggie bag that I ordered, contained a 2 bite burger, single patty not double and fries that were upside down in the bag.
