Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Watertown

I called the store before ordering online to confirm that the store had cauliflower crust and was told « yes ». I proceeded online to make my order and noticed that there was no option for the crust…I put the request in the comments thinking that maybe the website just had not been updated. They called from the store to inform me that they did not in fact have the crust 🤔. We read back the number we’d called and the name of the person we spoke to and she confirmed the number but stated that we might have been transferred to another store, ??. Since we were already in the parking lot, I said that we would go ahead with the order. I love the picture options to depict what should be where on and order…got home, opened the box and needless to say, they did not pay attention to those pictures as toppings...

I took my wife and mother-in-law here on a Thursday, about 1pm. It was not crowded at all, and we were able to get a booth tucked away in an alcove. Our server, Stephanie, was very prompt and nice. We ordered 2 of Pizza Hut's specials: a deep dish bacon & pineapple pizza, and a thin & crispy super supreme pizza. Both were hot out of the oven in less than 15 minutes and were delicious. Pizza Hut serves Pepsi products so you can quench your thirst. We had an enjoyable meal, and our (my) only complaint is that their outdoor signage is too small. I've driven by that entrance to Lowe's in Watertown, and I never knew there was a Pizza Hut hiding in plain sight. Rediculas Customer Service. It takes 30 minutes to make one Large pizza... So I ordered pizza online. It says 15 minutes it will be ready. I waited 15 minutes and went to the store to pay. I paid it and asked if it was ready. Server Told me it will be ready in 2 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and asked if it is ready. Server told me 1 second and vanished. So another person came with someone else order who ordered after me. I asked that person if my pizza was ready. She said 1 second and left again. I have no problem waiting 10 minutes but you need to clearly tell me how long? One pizza doesn't take 30 minutes to make. People has work to do. Nobody is here for wasting time because you messed up.
