Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Wawayanda

This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had at this brand’s store. When I walked in, no staff member took the initiative to greet or assist customers, and one employee spent the whole time chatting with someone instead of working. I only ordered one item, yet no one informed me of any delay — after waiting for a full twenty minutes, I finally learned it wasn’t even ready, despite the store being far from busy. The only person chatting was that girl, while the other staff members behind the beverage counter were working hard. We stopped in our road trip this morning for some caffeine and treats- this is a very busy Dunkin Donuts! I counted nine workers this morning behind the counter, there could have been more and they were all very busy and working hard. The lobby was relatively clean and tidy for the amount of traffic they were serving, restrooms were clean. We used the mobile app and after a short wait our order was ready and correct- the only reason atmosphere got two stars was the brown rodent we spied heading under the building in the rocks outside - they are everywhere - and I guess they must eat too! Pre ordered via the app, went to the drive thru, as we were lazy to get out of the vehicle. Oh boy, the drive thru lane had quite a long line. Waited and waited, averaging a minute per vehicle through, eventually got our order ten minutes later after the Order Here.

Receiving the order was a bit chaotic, as the Dunkin team wasn't sure which was our order, since the two Order Here board lanes merged to one lane, depending on how you slot in,
