The worst chinese I have ever experienced. We only got 3 small containers of food for our family of six, because they forgot the rest. They said they didn't charge us for the food that they forgot. But the bill was $42 for three small containers!! They wouldn't give us a receipt. They wouldn't charge less money when I said it was too much. They just kept repeating that it was the same price for everyone. I said it was bad business to over charge people. They are ripping off people just because they are located in Old Forge. The lady was not friendly at all when I didn't understand the high priced bill. When we finally sat down to eat at their only picnic table, the food was inedible. It was just grease. FANTASTIC CHINESE CUISINE! I came here with my mom...visiting from Utica! We've never been to Bamboo Chinese restaurant before in Old Forge, and we'd thought we'd try it! WOW! Excellent food!! I got the sliced chicken in garlic sauce and she got the chicken Lo mein! My mom and I are very picky about Asian cuisine, but we were both very happy with our entrees at Bamboo Chinese food in Old Forge! Honestly I love this place. Everyone there is so friendly, and the food is always good and made fast. My cousins and I would get food here after school in early fall/late spring and it was the best part of my day.
