Very Disappointed in how I was replied to on my last review!!! Very rude and they made it seem like I was the bad guy. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED. Was basically told I was wrong for not asking for a new dish of ice cream....I already waited 10 minutes to get the one I got, and when I received my melted mess I had enough and left. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE!!! IF YOU WANT REAL SOFT SERVE GO TO PITSFORD FARMS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD AND ITS CHEAPER! OTHER PLACES THAT SERVE CUSTARD DOES NOT GET HELD IN A "CABINET"

Hadn't had Abbotts frozen custard in 30yrs and it's still as good as I recall. The flavor offering has expanded but still excellent. Take a step back to the 80's Era ice cream shop with a walk up window and parking lot to enjoy your frozen custard. Similar to ice cream but richer and more flavorful custard is just a frozen treat that is second to nothing else.

I take my kids here often because it’s 10 mins away from my house and I love chocolate almond ice cream .. however, I think I’ll start going to the Monroe Ave location because it seems like every-time my 2 sons and I go… the workers seem to be in an unpleasant mood. :/ we aren’t difficult customers.. I always order a kiddie chocolate almond ice cream , my son gets a regular strawberry icecream and my other son gets a banana milkshake.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I NEVER said I went today and yes I am speaking of the Webster location on Empire Blvd. I’m glad you receive positive feedback from customers about your staff and I wish I were able to leave positive feedback about your staff from my encounters but I can’t. I love Abbotts Frozen Custard. My favorite is Choc Almond Custard❤️ I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and their smiling faces that greet you.

Unfortunately, I’m sad to say …. I picked up a pint of Chocolate Almond Ice cream loaded with almonds as always 😊 and enjoyed it at home until … I was attacked by an almond that still had a shell attached that shot like a shard of glass that pierced through a “healthy tooth” as my dentist explained and split it in half 😱 Sad to say that my passion for this flavor of ice cream costed me approx $700 after insurance 🥴

That was the most expensive ice cream I’ve ever had. Please be careful as rare as this probably is to happen...
