We recently had the pleasure of hiring Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza Catering for a special event, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and completely dedicated to providing an unforgettable culinary experience.

The wood-fired oven setup was both impressive and charming, adding a unique, rustic vibe to our event that our guests absolutely loved. Tony catered our wedding at the Whitehouse Lodge in Webster... and it was fantastic!

Tuscan was the first, and last, caterer that we visited while planning our very special event. Tony whipped up chicken parm (best I've had) and eggplant parm (best my fiance had ever tasted) on the spot and we were convinced that we didn't have to look any further.

Our reception went off perfectly. Tuscan to Go showed up on time, fully prepared and set everything up smoothly.

The appetizers were a huge hit... Don't short yourselves on the bacon wrapped scallops because your guests will want to make a meal of them. The bruschetta was to die for... I'm not usually a fan but this bruschetta was just... special.

Dinner was just as impressive as the apps. Chicken parmesan, chicken French, greens and beans, sausage and peppers and pastas. There was plenty of food but our guests ate much more than expected... And raved about the quality.

I can't say enough good things about Tuscan to Go and Tony. Not planning on another wedding or event any time soon but they have our highest recommendation and we will definitely be stopping in for take out from time to time.

I originally booked with Tony on 2/11/22 for my wedding on 9/16/23, over a year in advance. He canceled on me 2/9/23 after being booked for a full year, with the excuse “Due to travel distance and increased cost of goods and labor I will not be able to cater your wedding. I am keeping my travel distances under a 50 mile radius.” I asked for a chance to raise prices to make it worth his profit, instead he insulted me saying “If you watch the news or read the paper you hear about inflation.” The dude makes pizzas… The real reason he canceled, I would put money on, is that he thought my wedding was on 9/16/22, so brought his stocked truck with crew out to Seneca Lake, and had already booked 9/16/23 for another party.
