I almost walked out! First I entered the store and one girl was helping a customer which was understandable but the one guy wasnât helping anyone. He was just looking down. In the entire 10 minutes of me waiting did he not once look up at me say hi or tell me they will be right with me. He looked at me walk through the doors so he knew I walked in and was standing right in front of him. I saw that he was making subs which is understandable but at least acknowledge me and say we will be right with you. No customer service skills what so ever. I almost walked out when I saw how they put together my pizza sub which they didnât even know what it was when I first asked about it. Pepperoni and cheese!? Thatâs it ? I had to ask them to put the sauce on and toast it. 6 inch pepperoni and cheese and a whole lotta sauce for $6.90! No thanks subway. I wonât be back. I was asking some questions and the one kid who didnât greet me got mad and through the utensil back into the container. They didnât even know what the old sub wasâŚ....

There was only one employee, a line out the door and a few customers waiting for online orders. Felt bad for the poor kid trying to manage it all.
After I left, I tried to call the phone number of the restaurant listed on their website. Got a response saying "this number is no longer in service". At this point, I figure I'm out that $12.
