i have been doing business with the webster location for years , I usually order the wings and for some reason they have always had trouble with remembering to send any blue cheese ,even when i make it a point to remind them ,well on a night i was having guests over for football i ordered a very large order of wings , to have them arrive almost 40 mins late , i had ordered the 2.5 hours earlier, and to find even again after i ordered extra blue cheese , not any at all was delivered, upon calling them back to complain , the so called manager told me that there was a problem with my card and it did not cover the entire bill ,so that being said , I did not pay for the blue cheese anyway , so basically this whole thing was my fault , needless to say i got upset, At that point i asked her why they didnt call me back to tell me there was an issue so that i could resolve the card issue , simply used a gift card that i thought would cover it all, i explained i had guests coming over and would like it if they could get me some asap, she told me that because they were busy i would have to wait an hour or more after i pay the difference, AT this point i had become so frustrated with her disrespect and how rood she was that i asked to speak to or have the owner contact me ,she then told me that she would not do that and if i didnt like that it was to bad, At this point my frustration got to the point that i actually swore and said the words are fn...g kidding me , i will say this , that isnt the way i usually handle things , but again the disrespect shown to me from the start from this so called manager escalated the whole issue, i have been very patient with these people for years , pertaining to this very issue and it was even noted in their system to make sure i get extra blue cheese because of the inconvenience they have put me through, Needless to say i will never do business with them again. Its a shame that customer service is so poor these days ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, in response to the false accusation about threatening her, i simply said she was lucky i was'nt her boss, How is that a threat??? banned me ? Read moreI hate to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately I think it’s very necessary for this specific location. Prior to moving to Webster in 2019, we LOVED Caraglio’s, we were so excited to have one close to home! Unfortunately the issues began at our very first order. We stopped ordering from them for a while but ultimately we decided we would try them, as we understand staffing turn overs, human error etc. I would say this past summer it went from bad to absolutely unacceptable.
In July, we had pre ordered 4 sheet pizzas for our sons 2 hour pool party. They were over an hour late, cold and incorrect.
Since July we have ordered 3 times. The first time the pizza was delivered to the wrong address and left there - we were asked to go down the road to our neighbors and get our pizza. The second time the delivery was over an hour late with the food ice cold. Last night we ordered a sheet pizza, two orders of wings and fried dough at 4:30pm. We were quoted an hour wait. Half our order arrived at 6:18pm. The pizza was ice cold and wasn’t even cut. We seriously had to cut it off piece by piece. The wings were undercooked and had the wrong sauces. The delivery man was very apologetic that he forgot the fried dough. He said a manager would call me to make it right. Well, 30 minutes later another driver showed up with that same Order of fries dough. Ice cold, the box was even like wet and falling apart from the condensation.
No manager has called me, and nothing has been offered to us seeing as we threw out 95% of the food we ordered last night.
There prices are great, and the food is good but unfortunately we are done and will not ever return...
Read moreFood, 5 stars. Organization, 1 star. I already know they are slow so I waited an hour before going to pickup my order. When I arrived there were about 5 other ppl waiting and only after giving my name did they put my pizza in the oven. Seemed they got backed up at some point and instead of doing the pizzas by order received, they prioritized delivery and pickups were done based on who came in first. The biggest issue was the rest of my food was made when I placed the order. So 15 mins later I walked out with a hot pizza and everything else was cool/room temp and soggy because it had been sitting for 45+ mins.
Updated to remove another star: Ordered a dozen wings and received 9. Pretty frustrating with wing prices being what they are. I'm giving up on...
