One Star why.....over $30 worth of food and the hand you cold food....Im mean come on...a Manager of all people. I call after driving all the way home. FF are as cold as they come " Literally" I call back and say come on how could you serve someone , anyone, something like this.....the response was just like all the other fast food places " Yea" Yea what youva manager these fries should of been thrown out an hour ago. What kind of manager doesn't pay attention to food they are serving...??? One star over 30 dollars even the cheese sticks must of been sitting. One star in my book well deserved. NOT WORTH MY DRIVE BACK. Maybe consider your customers and go up and beyond to meet there expectations on what a customer expects. Customer satisfaction 100 percent of the time with no expectations! Food is always good but you aren't getting five stars for a different reason. Today I stopped in on my lunch break as I am a frequent customer of this location. I was greeted by the manager and an employee named Nina. Nina has outstanding customer service skills, she always waits for me to finish speaking and responds in a kind tone with a smile. Today she remembered my name and from what I could tell the manager issued a correction for this? She put the perfect little cherry on top of the customer service sundae and gets corrected? The girl that took our order through the drive thru kept saying, "large?" for everything that we ordered. We said just regular and she said do you want the beef n cheddar small medium or large? Since when do you choose the size of the sandwich that comes in a meal?! Didnt make sense and it ended up costing us $55 for 3 of us to eat. So I'm guessing we got the "Large" no matter what we said.
