I ordered a gluten-free pizza. It is a one size pizza which is a little bit smaller than a small pizza at most places. I specifically ordered extra cheese and two vegetable toppings. When I picked up my order the pizza was $35 I had other items in this order for the family and I thought my total was a little on the high end but I didn’t check it. When I got my receipt for the food it was noted that the gluten-free pie had double pepperoni at seven dollars it had each vegetable topping which was green olive and onion at $3.70 each on a less than small pizza size. I cannot justify a $35 personal pizza. Needless to say they were kind enough to give me my money back which I was very grateful for I hadn’t even looked at the pizza only the receipt. there is another local pizzeria that does a gluten-free crust pizza and because it is so small and personal 10 inch they will let you add up to five toppings and it doesn’t change the price it’s also cooked and its own individual pan so that there is no cross-contamination which means a lot as well I took my business elsewhere for half the price and it was very delicious. Lesson learned that pricing for gluten-free pizza is a...
Read moreAll of my previous experiences at Picasso’s have been amazing from the food quality to the service, but today my opinion has changed. I ordered a small cheese and sausage pizza for my husband to pick up. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, he was told that a medium pepperoni pizza was ordered and called me. I told him no I ordered a small cheese and sausage. The only option that they offered him was to remake him a small cheese and sausage or he could take the medium cheese and pepperoni and pay full price for it. Because my husband was in a hurry he just took the cheese pepperoni and paid full price. I then called to voice my disappointment, and was told if we brought back the cheese pepperoni they would make us a cheese and sausage, but would charge us full price for it. So they make a mistake on the order and we have to pay full price for it anyways? What happened to customer service and actually having the orders that you place be correct?! Very disappointed, and will be looking for a new place to get our pizza from a...
Read moreWe ordered a cheese and pep pizza, fries, breadsticks, and wings. We went to pick up the order and it was more expensive than anticipated, about $70 for the order. When arriving home, we found that they had forgotten our fries. We called and asked for a refund for the fries, to which they obliged. We then took a bite of our pizza, and were surprised by the fact that they had forgotten to put sauce on the pizza. How do you forget sauce on a pizza? We then called again, to which we received an angry response indicating that we could only receive "store credit" which was good for 30 days. This was not helpful as we definitely did not intend to return within 30 days if ever again. After some complaining with an employee that seemed intoxicated, they agreed to give a refund and indicated that it would be present within 7 days. I'm writing this about a month after, with no refund. Do not recommend going to...
