everybody loves Subway right? But most of the ones in Buffalo have like three stars or less... so when I saw that this location had 4+, I was like 'okay, I'll go a little out of my way to try it out!!'
um, definitely worth the trip!! Gas station subways are goaded but this one being in the building it is larger with a better floor plan. But other than aesthetics: • I walked to see probably the cleanest subway I've ever been in • the lovely girl who was working greeted me so kindly that all of my ordering anxiety melted-away instantly! bless 🥰 On top of that - I am a vegetarian and very often tend to come across places that don't properly sanitize or will cross contaminate, and it is a major fear of mine for when I go out to eat... (I literally got pepperonis on a meatless sub I ordered the other day!! like what!) in my experience, subway can be either hit-or-miss on whether or not they take care not to cross contaminate, is like rolling the dice to see what you get when you pick a random location... Had a clean counter clean up gloves and a clean knife for me and my vegetarian sub, again I was so appreciative because this -simple- thing can be so hard to come by sometimes!! The vegetarian sub I get isn't too complicated, but sometimes it gets messed up and that makes sense. i never really would complain! but not only was she was so kind (and helped turn my mood around because I was having a rough day even) on top of that she made my regular sub for me PERFECTLY!! made sure there wasn't too many jalapeños -but just enough :) - ; she took my kind of strange request for two different sauces lately on top of my sub , and killed it !

Today though, 6/4/21, I ordered food about 5pm and picked it up as normal. Two of the subs were completely wrong. The girl who made them, idk what happened but she toasted a veggie sub. Who does that? I have the order saved in the app and get the same thing every time. I also received the ham sub and I asked for mayo and she put Chipotle on it. Very disappointed as it had to be thrown out because the person eating it cannot have spicy foods. Idk if I will be back. Update 4/2022 still screwing up orders. I...
