I knew I shouldn’t have high expectations of a gas station coffee place, even Tim Hortons, but this still let me down. Order was wrong, espresso machine was broken, and the everything bagel is only topped with sesame and poppy. Very uninspired. Even the coffee wasn’t good. So sad, Tim’s is a staple!

Last Tuesday I got a bagel that looked soft ended up being hard as a rock to where it broke my tooth! I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with this place by phone to speak to a manager I can now barely eat or drink without being in pain! I’m pregnant and this is highly frustrating!
