Franco's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Whitestown

On 10/25/20 we ordered a small pizza & meatball sub with extra sauce from Francos Pizza in Whitesboro. We live 30 min. away, but we've been going there for about 12 years because it WAS good. When we got home the pizza was burnt on the top & the bottom . So was the meatball sub. no sauce.. I called Francos on 10/26/20 they were closed. On 10/2720 I called spoke to someone saying they were a manager , promising me reimbursement to our credit card . On 11/4/20 I called because there was no reimbursement to our card. The manager said he had to call someone else & he would get back to me. When that manager called he said reimbursement would be impossible. I said " so he lied to me" . No I'm sure he misunderstood. I said, he repeated to me what he was going to do" reimburs my card for the order of 29.61. The manager I spoke with had no clue what was going on, kept confusing dates, stating that none of his managers would tell me that, & the excuses went on & on with no satisfaction. Five of us from work ordered lunch for delivery and were charged a $2.00 delivery charge for the cash deliveries and each credit card order was also charged $2.00--that is $8.00 for just delivery fees never mind the $40.00+ spent on food alone!! Called to ask about this and was told to call Jeremy later, called he was not there, called again and again was told to call later finally talked to Jeremy and he said that he could give us a $6.00 credit for our next order & he could not take the charge off of our cards. If this is their usual procedure we should have been told and then we could have had the option to order or not. We will never order or even step foot in the place. We all feel...

I live in Liverpool but was in the Utica area yesterday and wanted some Italian before I headed back home. I have been to Bennu which is next door (same owner I believe). So I stopped at Franco's to grab a slice of pizza and ordered a lasagna to take home for dinner. The customer service was great, the pizza was great and followed the directions that Jerry gave me as to how to heat the lasagna up! He added some extra cheese and sauce and all I can say is "WOW"..it was beyond awesome! I look forward to my next visit there and would like to try other dishes BUT damn...the lasagna was so good I really do not know...
