Consistently the worst McDonalds I've been to in all of my travels.
They proudly display a banner inside their restaurant that reads, "Park Those Cars!" When I worked at McDonalds as a teenager, our target time for drive thru any time of day was 90 seconds. If we had to park a car, it was a deep shame for our restaurant's manager and especially the owner.
This place is actively seeking the parking of cars. I've gone through here on lunch time, and it's been impossible to navigate, usually because they have more than the two allowed cars parked. There is usually a third parked car, and I've seen three other cars parked along the next-door bowling alley's handicapped spaces, blocking parking for its patrons.
If the owner of my teenage years McDonalds saw a single car parked, we wouldn't stop hearing about it for days, but despite this, this location's management and owner seem perfectly fine with delaying the day of every single customer who haphazardly wanders in looking for the consistency that the company offers in any other location except for this one.
It's not like it's just big orders. I've been parked for a single cheeseburger. Yes. Really.
The staff frequently make mistakes when taking and delivering orders. Since the addition of the double drive thru, on more than one occasion, I've been given the wrong total to pay, or the wrong food. This is usually because the child running the register can't be bothered to ask which drive thru lane I went through.
So why two stars instead of one? Because they get things...
Read moreThis was by far the worst visit/experience ever! Literally got all orders wrong! First thing ordered was the 5$ fan deal which I asked for fresh & instead they couldn’t find the order at all🤔, second thing ordered : 1 McChicken, McDouble, medium fry only added a cheeseburger idk if the person working was new but it was very frustrating trying to explain my orders when I got to the window, Third thing ordered : McDouble in which I got a cheeseburger with a burnt piece of bread as the bun same as they use for the middle of the Big Mac which I will be sharing pictures of. Not to mention my whole ENTIRE order was old and cold even though I thoroughly expressed that I would like my whole order fresh! Line was not busy when I arrived although after a long wait at the window trying to get the right order (which failed) the line started to fill up. All fries were completely stale & really cold none of my children wanted them or the stale McChickens & what ever kind of burnt cheeseburger thing they gave me.. I was too exhausted to try to return everything & deal with what I had to deal with all over again! Overall my family was left very unsatisfied & disappointed I ended up ordering a pizza. If I could give a 0 I would but unfortunately that is not an option.. will not waste my money here until they do some readjustments & maybe some...
Read moreA group of friends and I went through the drive-thru around 12:30am. We were unaware that the ice cream machine was unavailable after 12am which the lady in the drive-thru proceeded to explain after I asked for a Shamrock Shake. She was not rude or disrespectful in any way but the gentleman in the background, who I will assume was the manager, screamed over the lady saying “No, but you can go Price Chopper”. The passenger in my car car ignores him and asked the lady are there any McDonald’s in our area that had their ice cream operational and as she’s trying to speak, the “manager” again yelled “You can try Fastrack or Nice ‘N Easy!” At this time, I thanked the lady for trying to actually help me and then yelled a vulgar phrase directed to the man in the back. I’m not that customer who feels entitled or thinks that fast food workers owe me something. I know and understanding that these folks are here to provide a service but are not here to serve. There is difference but I will not tolerated being disrespected. That’s not okay and it’s not the first time this hasn’t happened not just on the late-night shift but during the day as well. This store will never get business...
