Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Whitestown

Not sanitary at all!!! Stay away from this place. Garbage on the floor. A pile sweep up but left next to the broom. The bathroom had toilet paper in the toilet[filled] and the urinal. The urinal had red on the toilet paper. No idea what that was. Walls and floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a couple of days. Red sauce splattered on the wall next to the cash register. Garbage and food under all of the cooking equipment. I noticed this stuff after I ordered, or I would have left. I waited 5 minutes and then I had to ask for our drink cups. The soda machine was almost empty because only 15% of the drinks were available. The soda fountain and the counter next to it was dirty. One side of the dining area was filled with boxes of supplies. I finally got my order after 15-20 min. I when I got to the table, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I took it back up to the counter and then they gave this to the right person. I thought this was illegal. Then they tell me that they cannot make the Taco salad because the chili is bad and it will be an hour until it is ready. I asked for a refund for the chili. They said ok but they have to find the manager. Waited a couple of minutes for her to come. Then she had issues with the return. She needed the cashier to finish the refund and he had left the restaurant and he was not on break. The manager went to both sides of the restaurant yelling for him. He finally came back inside and I was able to get my refund. This took about another 15 to 20 minutes. I tried to write a review through Wendy's and I was denied 3 times. The 4 times went through but they still did not contact me. This experience has definitely going to make me choose another restaurant over Wendy's. 2 thumb way down...

Ok, this is THE BEST FAST FOOD PLACE. EVER. For starters, I would just like to say, huge thanks to an African American man (whose name I don't know) working around 6:50 on August 12th, that man is a HERO!! Deserves a big raise for sure, and he is the man who made the rest of this review possible. Okay, okay, on with the review. I ordered just a cheeseburger kids meal after 4:00, so it was only two bucks! I had my Frosty Tag with me, so I got a Frosty too.

The fries: Literal heaven!! They were so hot, they were crisp, and they were definitely fresh. Also, the equivalent of a whole nother box was in the bag!! 10/10, and the best fries (other than Arby's curly fries, but you can't compete with those) I've ever had at a drive through!!

The burger: Fresh, hot, and downright delicious. Better than average, along with everything else, but just tasted a step up from usual. Like I said, just a kids meal, so nothing huge, but you couldn't tell by the flavor! It sounds stupid, I know, but it was just what I needed.

The drink: Okay, this is where the service comes in huge! The diet coke was very "seltzery" and the flavor can was kicked, but MY MAN came in clutch and got me another, which was so fresh btw, he went above and, frankly, made my day. Huge thanks dude!!

The Frosty: I kinda was craving vanilla, but unfortunately, I was informed that they only had chocolate. Kind of a bummer, for sure, but MY GUY came in clutch ONCE AGAIN and bumped me up a size to make up for it. You didn't have to do that, but you made me so happy!! If all fast food places were like this, they would actually put "real" restaurants out of business.

Conclusion: This place rocks!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

P.S., Management, find this guy, I know he's there, and give...

The person at the drive through window said I'm only taking door dash orders. I asked to speak to the Manager they lied and said they were the manager

Then proceeded to Ignore me the rest of the time that I asked questions

I went inside and the boys their were very friendly and helped me immediately when they saw me in tears of frustration. * Apparently those boys were in on the whole game of not taken any orders they only took mine because they thought i was good looking. SMFH . ok Regardless I watched 6 cars drive up to order and then pulled away after she said (i shouldnt say "she" I should say "they" would not take their orders. If I never entered the building I would have left empty handed like the many cars who got turned away. Or maybe if i wasnt attractive I wouldnt have gotten my order either. SMH RIDICULOUS.

I know it wasnt due to short staff because there was 4 or 5 boys in the front when i walked in. Normally WHEN they did serve me they got my order completely wrong, (every single time) This time this person or many person(s) were not takeing orders unless they felt like it.

**It saddens me to see how these fast food places are falling apart due to incompetent workers who just dont care, too lazy to work, very rude and straight up lie to your face. (^^^speaking in general about places other than here where ive experienced this...
