Update 5/26/2022: Went here yesterday after coming home from the bear mountain car show and needed dinner. My family and I walked in and was greeted by a host. We were a party of 3, and was sat accordingly. Our server was quick to greet us. For drinks, we ordered 3 waters, one Long Island Iced Tea, and The tropical sunrise margerita! For starters, we ordered the BBQ boneless wings, which were very moist and tender. We enjoyed them! Next, we ordered our entrees, my dad got the BBQ Brisket Burger, my mom also got the burger, and i got the carrabean salad with shrimp. Orders came out in a timely manner, and was really good! The fries were soft, and tasty. asked for a box again for my salad, and we also had the molten chocolate cake. enjoyed the dessert. Next, we had to get our server monika because we had a gift card to use, and we put the remaining balance on the credit card. Overall had an awesome time here and hopefully will be here again! Update 5/24/2022: Went here yesterday after work. Was not greeted by a host, but the manager was cleaning tables and helping out. Was greeted in about 2 minutes. (totally understand tho as i did not want to be that customer who sat themselves!) Was sat and was greeted promptly by the server. Ordered the blue cuervo margerita with a water, and started with Southern fried eggrolls. Enjoyed both my margerita and the eggrolls. For entree, i ordered the Cajun Shrimp pasta with brocoli. both turned out really good, and i asked for a box for the pasta as i didn't finish it. Server checked on me several times. perfect. Will be back soon! Update 5/6/2022: Went here yesterday after work. Was greeted by no host this time, but was seated promptly with a menu by the bartender. For yesterday, they had $5 Margeritas for Cinco De Mayo. I had 2 of my favorite ones The Blue Jose curvo margerita. had to wait a while as it was busy for the bartender to get my order, but it was all okay. I had to ask the foodrunner to put on the NYR game in the bar. All that was showing was wrestling and baseball! Not to be mean or anything, but being that it was the 2nd playoff game for the rangers- (HIGHLIGHT PLAYOFF), i would think it should be on for all to watch. Anyways. i ordered the southern eggrolls and for entree ordered the Chiptole chicken tex bowl. Was delicous and took my meal home. had to ask for a box and the check, as i was paying with cash. paid and was on my merry way. will be back soon!
i went here with my family on 7/16/2021. Being that i work in a restaurant i called to see if there is a wait, and there was none! so off to chilli's we go! We were greeted warmly by the hosts in the front and sat quickly. Took some time for our server to greet us, but that is okay. Once we were greeted the waitress took our orders. I ordered the Jose Blue Curvo Margertia and the Carribean salad with shrimp. Both were really good. Read moreOn Tuesday August 13, 2024, I ordered 2 complete meals from Chili’s Bar & Grill in Monroe, NY via Uber app, with a total exceeding $50. However, despite canceling the order due to processing issues, I was charged and received a receipt the next day without any confirmation.
This lack of communication and unauthorized charge is truly disappointing. No one from the restaurant contacted me, and the response from Uber and the restaurant was unhelpful. Their claim that the order was prepared within 9 minutes is far from the truth, as I canceled within 2 minutes of placing it.
As I was making a complaint today via the Uber app someone from the chili’s restaurant attempted to call me. Never called me yesterday at around 11:40am or so when I cancelled my order to notify me that cancellation was not allowed. However, today when they notice my complaint is being filed they want to call me. They were absolutely useless and said that once I ordered the food was prepared and there was no cancellation. So, I asked them when they received my cancel notice and they said 9minutes after order was placed. So, it is safe to say that nobody could call me in 9 minutes to confirm or to notify me or offer customer service instead charged my credit card $51.66 for the food and the a total $68.88 with delivery fees and all. Wow Robbery! And no delivery was made or food prepared for me at all. How is this honest business practices?
It is disheartening to have my hard-earned money taken without consent. As a result, I will be reaching out to inform others of this experience. Read moreMy friends and I came here for dinner (there were 7 of us). The host asked if we minded being seated separately but told us that the tables would be close together. At first, we agreed to it but once we got to the tables we realized that we wouldn’t be able to talk to each other as they sat us back to back in booths. We then asked the host if they could move two tables together (which we saw located in the center of the restaurant -both available ). They told us they weren’t able to do that because each table was assigned to two different servers. They told us they would check with the manager but told us they doubted that they’d be able to move the tables. While we waited for a response we went back to our friends at the tables and the waitress came with silverware to put on the tables. I let her know that the host was going to check with the manager to see if they could move the two tables in the center together so we could all sit together. She also told us that she doubted that could be done and took all the silverware away stating, “well I’ll take these back, I don’t want them to go to waste.” What terrible customer service! She was extremely rude, I don’t understand how she can treat customers like that … so we all decided to leave and go somewhere else. As we were walking out, we noticed that the host was back up at the front talking to another employee.. didn’t even bother to let us know what the manager said and didn’t say a word to us as we were passing by to leave the restaurant! I’ve had good experiences in the past but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Apparently they can’t accommodate bigger parties? You have to sit separate if you have more than 4-5...
