Woodbury Cafe & Deli — Restaurant in Town of Woodbury

Terrible experience at this deli. We ordered turkey, cheese, and avocado wraps, and the man preparing the food was handling everything without gloves—no hygiene at all. When it came time to add the avocado, we immediately noticed it was rotten.

We politely pointed it out, and he refused to show us the avocado he was using. After insisting multiple times, he finally showed us the bag—completely rotten avocados. We asked for our money back, but he didn’t give us a full refund.

It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers—only about making a sale. The lack of hygiene and spoiled food could have made us seriously sick. Totally unacceptable. Would never...

We were looking for a quick lunch before heading to the outlet and after seeing the positive reviews decided to come. Note: in case anyone else might make a mistake. The place is adjacent inside to Mobil gas station. There are two doors, the door on the right is to Woodbury Cafe & Deli and the other door on the left is to the Mobil station. I got their grilled chicken wrap and my son got their turkey breast sandwich. The sandwich & wrap were great. Also the prices were reasonable ($9.95 each). This store has EVERYTHING! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and goes extra lengths to make sure they can accommodate for your food preferences. The food is always fresh and made with care.
