Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

Well first of all the lady who works there so rude. Went there at about 11:30am when they open at 11, ordered a garlic parm pretzel, told that there were no pretzels there. I asked how long, told 10 mins, well i waited, 10 mins later go back order garlic parm pretzel only to be told no because they don't have it.... and when i looked at the menu for other flavors this woman goes no flavors here only cinnamon sugar. I would have been much less annoyed had they told me in the first place they for some reason don't have the flavors...

Every time i go they only have the big size available, i dont care it is only 10¢ more, i want less. Pretzels are stale and taste old. Service...

The best pretzel I have ever had. Warm, soft, salty but not too salty and practically melted in my mouth. Great service...
