Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

I order from this location at least 3-4 times a week and I never had a bad experience until today. Placed a mobile order as usual however, the order was not completed as ordered. My cinnamon raisin bagel had not raisins not sure which kind I got. I ordered two donuts a pumpkin and Boston cream. They just threw the Boston Cream in to the bag with the pumpkin and the chocolate was all over the bag and the other donut. When I asked for a small munchkin box for the frosted donut they said they did not have any boxes, which is untrue do to the fact that a few days before my granddaughter was with me and ordered two strawberry frosted and the nice women put them in the the small box to keep the frosting on the donuts, which is the proper thing to do. Money is to tight these days to have your food given to you messed up. Never had a rude women working there until today. Very...

Me and my wife ordered 2 regular coffees. One large Hot, and one medium coconut ice coffee in the late afternoon around 8:00pm. Our coffees tasted so terrible we threw them out! The coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and same with the half and half, It gave a sour taste to the coffee. Not to mention my wife ordered a large hot coffee and got an extra large hot coffee. The guy behind the counter was also rude and just ignored me and said nothing and walked away as I thanked him for the coffes... If you are not going to make a decent cup of coffee and at least have some sort of decent etiquette towards your customer's. Than I'd rather you turn your mobile order machine off. This was a nice Dunkin donuts to come to after a long trip. The service was smooth and fast and the help was very curious and the help was very courteous. The donuts and the coffee the donuts and the coffee were delicious.. However, there was no place to sit down We are all hoping that Dunkin donuts decides to have eat in restaurants again.
