Going through the drive through i asked a few questions about the impossible sausage breakfast sandwich, the girl seemed bothered by my questions and another worker even joined to help the girl respond to me. When i pulled up to the window i handed a gift card to the girl and she grabbed it and closed the window on me before I could say i was unsure if there was anything on the card.. after a couple minutes another lady came to the window and said there was no more money on the card and asked if i still had money to pay got my order, i told her i tried telling the girl that the card might not of had money and the lady defensively said how she wasn't there. A simple "I'm sorry, no worries" woukdve sufficed. A few minutes later the girl opens the window and hands me my breakfast sandwich with no words and more or less looked like my sandwich was tossed in the bag. A minute later she comes back and hands me my Frappuccino without a straw, again no words, and closed the window. I sat there for a couple minutes while she was right there taking an order over her headpiece and didn't acknowledge me until she was good and ready, she opened the window and asked what i wanted, i told her i needed a straw. She handed me one and i guess could see on my face i was a bit annoyed, she asked if there was anything else and i just mentioned how she forgot straw and more or less used zero manners, she said how she didn't know i needed a straw, um i don't know anyone that drinks a Frappuccino without one. Then said a few times how she working all alone (when she clearly wasn't), as if that was an excuse for lacking common coursteys and gave her the right to give me an attitude then closed the window on my face. She was beyond rude and shouldn't be allowed interaction with customers. My order was placed today...
Read moreThey actually dont know how to make a damn shaken espresso. I live/work in Yonkers, tell me why I get my drink faster and made to perfection every time but the once in a while im up here visiting friends/family its always wrong and they dont put the drinks out they let it sit behind the counter so the ice melts into your coffee and tastes disgusting.
Its so stupid its yorktown theres not even a quarter of the population here than there is in yonkers yet somehow theyre constantly behind on orders and not making them efficiently. There will be no one in the shop yet they're behind because they forgot to do it and then when you tell them they forgot they literally get all teary eyed and emotional. All i said was I was waiting on my food and the girl starts crying as if i just told her she sucks at her job. I should've!
The people by me are much much more efficient and this location does not do any justice for the starbucks brand. Fire them all. This was my last straw. I will be back to see if they actually comprehended my...
Read moreI am an avid Starbucks fan. However, there are locations like this where the to go orders take precedence over those who come into the store and order their drinks. The to go orders delay those of us in line, much like this morning. Because they are trying to get the to go stuff done, not enough attention is given to the drinks waiting to be made. I asked for something specific and they didn't even bother to read what or was to get it right. Which happens constantly because the Barista is focused on the orders of people who are not even in the store vs those of us who walked in to order and get our coffee. Time was short so I never even got to bring my drink back. It is terrible when this happens because it shows a lack of attention to detail to what people order and pay for. Just sad that this is one of...
