While on the hunt for locally owned businesses (especially ones that don’t support the Israeli occupation with what’s been going on), I happened to find a coffee shop that has been LOVED by locals here in the Valley. Barista’s is located in the heart of Downtown Tracy — their pastries are top-tier and delicious, and their mochas are quite the recipe! I happened to get their Hawaiian Banana Nut White Mocha, which is one of their pretty good drinks 🥳 Overall service was REALLY quick, and they were generous enough to give me the wi-fi password… I’d definitely come here more often for sure ☺️ Oh and if you want to follow more foodie adventures… my IG is @austinthefoodie ☺️

The staff are always kind and friendly, this exceptional service creates an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated, making each visit a delightful experience. The decor is super charming, there’s comfortable seating areas scattered throughout, perfect to sit and read or have a conversations with a friend. The pastries and sandwiches are crafted to perfection. Items on the menu are kid friendly and can be customize. My kids love the smoothies & pastries! This place is more than a coffee shop; it's a haven where every visit feels like a little treat.

Ordered a cappuccino, a vanilla latte, and straight up.. latte overfilled keeps dripping with the lid on.. latte water down flavor cappuccino is too milky. Don't know what the hype is.. but maybe it was better long ago.. ohh tables I switched twice what's more annoying than having coffee is a titter-tattering table had to put a coffee sleeve to manage it.. ruined it. Ambience-1 star why all the chairs lined up on the wall. Lol!! Too many people behind the counter and 3 orders after us got their orders first. First and last.

We're visiting from out of town and came by for coffee on a Saturday morning. At first we were encouraged by the long line figuring "go where to the locals favorite". Unfortunately, the long line wasn't so much because there were a bunch of customers, but because they process orders at a glacial pace. Long slow line to get to the register and order. Then a long wait in a very cramped crowded noisy hallway next to the pick-up-here bar. The local people here were friendly at least. Lots of smiles and nods along with all the polite "excuse me"s as people shuffled by looking for some space to stand and wait for their drinks. Eventually we did get our lattes and settled for the only available seating being in our car. I wish I could say it was worth the wait but... it was okay. Maybe a little better than a standard Starbucks latte. But about that quality. If you look at their menu board there are 3 or 4 dozen options for how they can "pollute" their coffee drinks with large quantities of sugar. And to be fair, if you're in the mood for a sugary treat, they have a bunch of different flavored mochas and frothy coffee themed liquid desserts. But if you're looking for just a pour over or latte or cappuccino.... meh. While visiting Tracy we also got to try out the nearby "Central Coffee Co.". If you're serious about good coffee, go...

Great place for coffee best quality in Tracy - Best cappuccino in Tracy. Great staff they remember you and your order, very nice owner. I would love to give them 5 stars but the hours of operation and the time it takes to get a drink take it down a star.

They should be open 16 hours a day 7 days a week. 5AM - 10PM. It can take 20-30 minutes to get a drink order because they take they do the orders as they get them so 10 pick up orders might get made before they start your drink. I think if they could break the production line into in store and pick up they could fix this issue.

I would love to go here all the time but some times I can't afford the time as it is farther away from my house. Starbucks also has better hours they open at 4 AM, are open 7 days a week, and for later...

Great place for coffee, tho I feel like their pastries/ breakfast foods (at least the ones I've had) could use a little work. Staff is always friendly and fast, which is great because the line is almost always long. Worth the wait tho and much better coffee than some of the more popular chains.

Edit: Lost a star for me. I really do love the coffee here, but I feel like the wait is just too long. We waited a solid 20 minutes for 2 coffees and there wasn't a big crowd. I think they are probably giving priority to mobile orders, which is the new normal for many places. I suppose that I could've ordered ahead but I didn't as it was spur of the moment. So, it's still a great coffee shop as long as you order ahead or have significant...
