McDonald's — Restaurant in Tracy

I have been coming here for a few months but after today I will no longer go to this location. I tried to order a sausage McMuffin deluxe which basically it’s a sausage McMuffin with lettuce tomato and mayo not hard to add! I too worked for McDonald’s and it’s not that hard simply laziness and not wanting to pull out just a little lettuce because “its not lunch”. The thing I noticed is they started just giving milkchinos Not giving me any coffee with my Iced caramel macchiato which is like almost $5 for a medium. Today I tried to order my deluxe and was told “ we don’t do that” so I canceled my order and got the sausage burritos I get home only to realize my burritos hardly had any cheese and we’re basically frozen not what I call appetizing. I’m really not sure what the issue is I worked for McDonald’s for a number of years and I have never seen so much dysfunction in one location absolutely extremely unprofessional and to be honest I don’t believe it is the employees I think it’s a management issue and oversight issue. I will no longer go to this location. As an ex employee of McDonald’s it saddens me to see how this place is ran with no regard to the paying customer. I have no idea how this place has managed to stay open I have been giving this place the benefit of the doubt because of its location. I will drive the extra after today’s stunt they pulled. Inappropriate behavior that needs to be addressed never have I ever seen such lack of professionalism. you don’t like your job quit that simple! don’t make everybody else’s life miserable. I know this is McDonald’s but come on.......

The worst experience I've had with McDonald's happened at this location. The care for my order felt like someone was in a rush to get home or was having a bad day and taking it out on my food order. My Double-quarter pounder-cheese was put very sloppily in the box (the photo) I had to tear up one patty just to fit it in the bun. I had order extra pickle but instead gotten extra onion; Also the burgers had way too much salt on them.I assume the same person making the burgers was making the fries too because, the fries had so much salt on them I could feel kidney stones growing. I spat out the fries; all I tasted was salt. And there's no point in getting fresh fries unless the crew is willing to clean out the fry bin because of all the salt. For what ever reason the order attendant could not understand me simply asking for #3, I had to repeat my self 4 times. Finally they asked me to park out front, no problem, I asked for ketchup and mustard at the window. 7 minutes later when they brought out my food they forgot the condiments. I had to wait 13 more minutes to get ketchup and mustard!!! Ridiculous. For all this I do not recommend this McDonalds because they do not seem to care about their customers. This establishment has really crossed its boundaries..I had ordered a combo meal That consists of 1 fry,1burger and a drink, the McDonald's employee informs that there is no soft drinks available but have other options..I ask if the other option a substitute for the drink that should go with the combo since I'm paying the orice for a whole combo and she replies no that I would be charged separately for the optional drink,!!! So just be clear I had asked her that I would be paying for a combo meal at full price with out the drink and you would charge me full price for the optional drink? And she said yes,I asked why would we not just be charged the difference and she stated "this McDonald's doesn't do that, that would be charged the full price of a combo minus the drink and charged full price if I wanted to add a optional drink(tea,orange juice coffee)..I really don't know these places stay in business, it's not us the customers fault you can't provide what's on the menu but yet you want to charge us extra..As a competitor, I would think I'd what ever it takes to keep my customers!! Well you lost a valuable customer!! You were right around the corner from me and my family but now taking a trip to burger King will be ideal..This McDonald's has...
