I ordered a small pizza through Doordash. It arrived after half an hour, which was great. However the pizza was raw in the middle . Like, 2/3 of the pizza was very doughy. I called the store and was talking to a guy and telling him the pizza is raw. Without notice, a woman comes on and super aggressively tells me that she is the manager and personally made that pizza and it left the store an hour ago, so why am I complaining now? I called exactly 40 minutes after I PLACED the order. I told her that, along with the tinestamp on the sticker on the box and she argued with me and said, "I said almost an hour ago." Well, no, no you didn't. Why was it so necessary to argue that? Anyways, she proceeds to explain to me why I shouldn't order through DoorDash because had THEY delivered it, we wouldn't have this problem. I'm sorry, did my DoorDash driver go in and remove the pizza from the oven early? I asked her if i could have it replaced and she said that i could go pick up a new one or get comped for one but i personally needed to go get it, today. I ordered for delivery because i work alone. I can't leave for a lunch break. I told her that and then I asked if I could pay a delivery fee to have them come switch it. She agreed to do that but only if I was paying cash. I gave the driver five bucks and called it a day. The new pizza was WAY better. It did still stick to the box, but at least it was cooked. It is a specialty pizza with no additions, I don't understand why the first bake was such an issue.
I won't order from here again. The manager got on the phone and was way too aggressive and defensive without me even saying anything. The other pizza has not been touched, and she acted as though I was just trying to get something free. I offered to give it back and she said just eat it or toss it. I don't like complaining about food. I am the type to just eat it if its wrong... but i cant eat raw dough???
I dont know if this is corporate owned or a franchise, but that girl needs etiquette lessons. If she is speaking to a POLITE customer that way, how is she speaking to other customers or her employees??

My fiancé and I ordered a couple drinks, a large stuffed-crust cheese pizza and an order of their cheese bread yesterday night. The food gets delivered and I promptly run downstairs, bring the boxes into the kitchen and open up the cheese bread. Much to my (disgusted) surprise three LIVE COCKROACHES ARE CRAWLING AROUND IN MY CHEESE BREAD. I screamed so loud I swear I woke the neighbors. We call customer service and they keep us on hold for a while before telling us to call the store. We call the store twice, and they don’t pick up since they’re closed. A little after 1pm today we call again, and an employee tells us he’ll call us back later. No one called. We call again just now and their employee asks us why we didn’t call yesterday after we repeatedly tell him we did, and then accuses us of lying. He puts us on hold to “get the manager” but instead he hangs up on us! Luckily, we called higher ups and they refunded us properly after reviewing our evidence.
I could care less about 20 bucks. This was about the bugs in our food and the disrespectful staff.
Please. Avoid this place at all costs if you like you food sanitary and your honesty respected....
