I used to buy Pizza from this store twice a week, as I am kind of a pizza addict, but after my last few experiences with them, I am done. They have screwed up my last few orders, and when I called to ask about how it could be fixed, the problem was blamed on me and I was told there was nothing they could do.
Let me start at the beginning, I ordered online, and after ordering a large two topping pizza, I was sent a small pizza. Not a huge deal, I asked the delivery person to call his manager. After 5 minutes of trying to call and having no one answer his calls, the delivery person told me there was nothing he could do, I'd have to call and speak with the manager. SO that is what I did. When I called, the manager was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault the order hadn't gone through correctly and since it was my fault the order was wrong, he couldn't help me. It didn't matter to him that I ordered the same thing from them twice a week and this order was different. It didn't matter to him that all I wanted was credit for 1 pizza on my account, all that mattered to him was that he didn't have to accept the blame for the problem. He then told me that he was busy and didn't have time to explain to me any further and reiterated he could and would do nothing to help me.
So instead of fixing a small problem for a regular customer, this manager cost the company that same regular customer's business. I will continue to order my twice weekly pizzas, but it will no longer be from this store. Hope the cost of crediting 1 pizza to my account was worth losing my regular business over...

Ordered online, so everything was in black and white with no communication issues. They went to wrong address. Pizza ended up being Luke warm. Missing all of my add on toppings. Also, missing one of my 2 liters. I call, what a nightmare. Back and forth with the lady and she didn't understand anything I was trying to tell here. 10min later Manager gets on, also the delivery guy who I tipped. After another 5min he said he would be here in 15-20min with replacement pizza and 2 liter. Well 1 hour later now no items and no call. Used to be one of my go to spots. Will never go here again. Didn't even offer a partial refund or coupons. Avoid this spot. Local spot downtown is well worth the extra few bucks!
Update: called the driver directly after this post. I was told "I had other deliveries and I will come soon". So take my money provide bad service and compound it by not making it a priority to fix your mistake. He spoke to me like it was my fault and I will get it when I get it. So a total of 2 hours from when I placed the order.
One more update: so manager/delivery drive drops pizza off at door step, no knock or anything. Hilariously everything was wrong again.

Read moreI have been a Tracy local for over 15 years. I am a pizza fanatic as I am originally from New York. Before the new ownership the pizza was solid and the customer service was great. The young staff that worked there were super nice and very accommodating.
However, this new management is horrible. They have delivered pizza to a wrong address twice. When I called calmly requesting for a new pizza (no big deal accidents happen) the management came off hostile and rude. They said they will “investigate” and return back with a solution. They never did. I had to call back days later asking for a resolution. There was no resolution and they tried to tell me it was delivered at my door. Ring footage says otherwise.
I understand people can be deceiving and lying but you should try to give the customer benefit of the doubt. I offered to show ring camera footage, card statements and whatever else to prove I’m not “lying” but I felt disregarded.
The pizza quality has drastically decreased as well however the pizza guys franchise has always been solid so I wanted to keep returning.
The problem I have is that pizza guys Tracy is utterly disrespectful and does not honor morality and business ethics. While I see good reviews, I do feel obligated that this business must come forthright with their business practices. To lie and deceive to customers and not refund or provide a service with the customers money is straight up wrong.
I hope pizza guys Tracy can turn things around and be a good asset to this community.
