So I've been in and out of Burger King for a quarter of a century easily usually in San Francisco. Today I was traveling in Tracy and I got a little bit of an urge to eat something and I went in here. I was really impressed with the customer service, especially Melina, who is a very customer service-oriented employee. I did ask to speak to her manager Fatima. I mentioned it to her, but I was so impressed that I had to stop and ask for the manager even though I knew there were 2 cars behind me. I thought it was important that exceptional customer service should be recognized by everyone here at this location and by the BKvcorporate offices. Way to go Melina you really just went the extra ten miles. She doubled check my order.She explained why I didn't need to customize the burger's.Because it was already dead.She just was willing to keep the customer happy by keeping the customer well informed. Talk about service with a smile that's what you get when you get to the window. This young lady's gonna do very well in life. She has the necessary motivation and a million dollar personality. Then I had to get out my car and go in to get my food as it was sitting there getting cold and my frosty melted, they did nothing to make it right or apologize on top of these they have been committing fraud for weeks that I know off the coke frosty was $1 for a medium and I’ve been getting a small the lasts few times, I finally asked why I’m not getting what I order and they say it’s a small now and I tell them why it’s not changed on the menu then instead of a apology and actually giving me what I ordered they give me attitude and have the lobby fill up with guest as they do nothing but talk in the back about what I told them they are clowns who can’t even run there own restaurant very disappointed, the manager went out side trying to fix the sign after I tell them I will sue them for the fraud they have been committing. You typically cannot go wrong for the price with Burger King. When I visited it wasn't overly crowded and it seems this is a construction worker favourite, without annoying teenagers. I got a Texas style double burger that I believe had some mild smoked stuff inside, it was good and juicy. They have the nice digital fountain, that I like very much as I like come with orange or lemon.
