I love the consistency across all of the In N Out burgers I have ever been to---the employees amazing upbeat fun attitudes that are infectious to the customers!!! In my opinion they have the very best burgers in the world... That being said, no matter how good they are, if the customer service was bad you would NOT see a line of cars 20-30 deep in the drive thru any day of the year at meal times!!! And the Tracy, CA store is hands down the best of them all!!! On Christmas Eve this year I had stopped by around 8 pm. I had lost my debit card that morning and of course my bank wasn't opened on Christmas Eve, so I had no way of getting any cash for food, gas, etc... I had hoped to get a cup of ice, and after stepping up and asking how much they charged for ice, a tall younger man who I believe was the assistant manager asked how my Christmas Eve was going... I told him I had had better, but also it could be worse. When he found out I hadn't eaten he asked me to stand aside for just a moment while he helped the next customer, and then presented me with a full meal and told me Merry Christmas. Choked me up. So grateful for a business with employees that care...
Read moreOk the review is not just for the burger but more for the quality of service. Yesterday I dropped in around 5Pm obviously it was pretty empty and staffs were having their usual off-time fun, ordered just ONE D-D Animal style and in the mean time the drive-thru got busy and our fun-loving relaxed staff jumped into action flipping burgers. They were enthusiastic and eagerly flipping around 10 orders in 15 min BUT the irony is my ONE burger was not ready yet simply because I ordered inside the restaurant and not from the drive-thru, after waiting for 15 min I went to the counter to enquire "Did I order something so special that ingredients are getting imported from somewhere" and the guy says "Oh u knw what the drive-thru is a priority". I was like it doesn't make sense at all and seeing me questioning this absurd practice my burger comes out in a flash to get me out as soon as possible. I didn't get the logic: Does drive-thru more preferable than in-house ? Do you think people who come in-house are lazy and have all the time in the world? Does serving more drive-thru orders gets a better pay-hike...
Read moreI never felt so disappointed at in-n-out. I order a hamburger with no tomatoes got meat and lettuce plus fries and cheeseburger and small drink, the fries had no flavor just plain and dry. I told the cashier put the order to go, but the cashier put it to dine in, the cashier charge me a small cup as a big cup. The cashier mest up and another order while I was there give a lady extra cup for free because he mest up her order. He look so out of place lost. The food taste it plain no salt 🧂 the bread taste it different not sure if in-n-out change there burger buns. I been going to in-n-out for almost 20 years, not sure if they had new people working there at the time I went.it hurt putting a review because in-n-out is really good place to eat, if your going to this in-n-out go at dinner time they actually give you fresh food and food taste better I think because they actually used salt, and care about the food quality, I went around 2:07pm I really believe that cashier who took my order need...
